The clock was nearing midnight as Shahzain made his way home. Earlier in the day, he had attended a meeting in a nearby village, where the clients had strongly urged him to join them for dinner. Out of courtesy, he accepted their invitation, which ultimately caused him to run late.

As he navigated the familiar streets on his way home, an unexpected silence enveloped him when his car abruptly came to a halt. Confused, he turned the key in the ignition, but the engine refused to respond, leaving him stranded in the dimming twilight. The soft hum of the city faded into an eerie stillness, and he could feel the weight of uncertainty settle in. With a sigh of frustration, he glanced around, hoping for a sign of help or a friendly face, but the road was deserted, amplifying his sense of isolation in that moment.

Shahzain-isko kya hua??

As the sky darkened, the first drops of rain began to fall, quickly transforming into a steady downpour. Shahzain, frustrated, glanced at his car, which had just broken down moments before the storm hit.

"What terrible luck," he muttered to himself, feeling the weight of the situation. The rain intensified, drenching him as he stood there, contemplating his next move. The sound of raindrops hitting the pavement created a rhythmic backdrop to his thoughts, amplifying his sense of helplessness in that unexpected moment.

As he approached a nearby house, he felt a glimmer of hope. He rapped on the door, but silence greeted him. Undeterred, he knocked again, only to realize that the door had been ajar all along.

Stepping inside, he found the interior empty and quiet, the stillness amplifying the sound of raindrops pattering against the roof. With no one around to offer shelter, he resolved to wait out the storm in this solitary refuge, hoping for the rain to subside.
