Both woke up on the right side of the bed the next day. Matthew woke up sleepy eyed, but satisfied with his sleep. He stayed in his room making some calls. Calling the prison and asking for a list of his brothers recent visitors and calls.

"Can you just email those call logs and visitor logs to me, please. I'll try to make it down to the prison sometime to look at the cameras and stuff. Notify the warden." Matthew speaks on the phone to staff at the prison his brother is currently being held in.

"Yes sir. If you'd like you can come visit him soon in solitary." The young man on the other side of the phone says.

Matthew raises a brow in confusion realizing he has not been told that his brother was put in solitary confinement. He had kept track and asked the warden personally to let him know where ever his brother moved, does, and says.

"Why was I not informed he was moved? And why the hell is he in Solitary?" Matthew starts to raise his voice frustrated things were done without it his knowledge.

"Uh, he was supposedly jumped by inmates. I think you should talk to the warden about it, Chief." the young officer across the phone sounded nervous and like he wanted to end the call immediately.

Matthew let out a loud and long sigh in annoyance, "Yeah, let him know I'm coming down today. It'll take me a while to get there but I'm near the prison."

Jack and Matthew's Parents live right on the line between Mounes state and another meaning Jack never took her out of state. It made his prison time less than If he did, but He was put In a prison that had a reputation to be quite violent and his parents didn't fight it. Infact, they pushed for it.

He hangs up the phone and Matthew grabs the clothes he came in and  quickly changes into them. He felt frustrated and pissed off but tried to brush it off so Moune wouldn't see. He also didn't want her to know  that he was going to see his brother.

He left the room and was thinking of quietly leaving, but knew that would mean she would be left alone and he would have no way of locking her door. And also the fact that she was in the kitchen near the front door.

She's sitting down at the kitchen table with an empty bowl in front of her and her phone on.

"Good morning." Moune says to Matthew quietly as he walks closer to her.

"Mornin'. I have to head to the hotel and get my stuff, but after that I have to go somewhere for a bit." Matthew tells her resting his hands on the back of one of the chairs. He would sit but he doesn't plan on staying.

"Okay..." Moune says looking like she thinking about what he said.

Matthew watches her as she pushes her bowl away from herself and spaces out while looking at the table.

"You okay, Moune?" He asks. She looks at him and struggles to speak.

"Are...Are you going to see Jack?"

Matthew looks at her surprised. How would she know that? Unless she eavesdropped on him while he was on the phone. He doesn't know how to answer her. He didn't want her to know in the first place, but he also didn't want to lie to her. He wanted to keep her trust.

Moune looked at the man in front of her hoping he wouldn't lie. Hoping he would stay truthful towards her.  It wasn't exactly a test but one could assume.

"I am." He watches her eyes looking for a reaction. Her eyes don't shift and she looks at him intensely.

"I want to come."

He looks at her likes she's crazy and immediately shakes his head at her request.

"No way. We're not giving him that privilege."
