Survival of the Hottest

It had to be one of the hottest days in Los Angeles. Everyone was feeling the heat, including the gang. Tori sat at the table fanning her face trying to stay cool, Beck and Robbie just sat miserable, and Seth was face down on the table.

"Oh my God! I am so hot!" Tori said panting

"Ain't that the truth." Rex said making Tori look at the perverted puppet with disdain.

Seth just raised his head still laying it on the table. "I'm baking like tilapia here."

"What's the temperature now?" Beck asked.

"Well, According to my pear pad..." Robbie said as he pulled out a very oversized pear pad making everyone groan in annoyance typing on it. "Here in Hollywood, it is 103 degrees." making everyone groan again feeling miserable.

"Man, I hate sweating." Beck commented.

"I know. My arms feel like warm, wet ham." Tori said, rubbing her arms to get the sweat off.

"That's one of putting it." Seth commented, making him and Beck just chuckled.

Cat came up to the table and took a seat next to Robbie. "Hi. I'm really hot, but I'm still in a good mood." Cat said with a cheery attitude.

Jade joined in a couple seconds later, taking a seat next to her boyfriend. "Robbie, You done with that water?" sounding exhausted.

"No."

"Give it to me."

"Alright." Robbie said, just handing Jade his water not wanting to put up a fight.

Jade then noticed that Tori was intensely staring at her weirding her out. "What?" She asked frustrated.

"You're not sweating." Tori seem to be really confused as to how this girl was not sweating on the hottest day of the year.

"Uh huh" she just simply answered, before Tori started feeling her head trying to feel at least one drop of sweat. "Havin' fun there?" Jade asked getting slightly annoyed.

"How can you not be sweating?" Tori asked

"I don't sweat." Jade simply answered like it's normal

"Everyone sweats."

"Not Jade." Beck chimed in.

"She never sweats." Seth added in.

"What do you mean, she never sweats?" Tori asked confused

"Sweating is gross, so I don't do it." Jade said, making it seem like she can just choose when to sweat or not.

"So, what, you're just like cold-blooded?" Tori asked.

"Jade? Cold-Blooded? Hmmm, what a surprise." Rex commented making some of the group laugh, making Jade infuriated as she grabbed the sunscreen off the table and squirted it on Rex's face as he yelled out. "That witch got sunscreen In my eyes. Help me, Rob."

"It's okay. Don't fret." Robbie said grabbing a napkin and wiping the sunscreen off his eyes. "There you go."

"Oh, now my face is gonna tan unevenly." Rex whined

"What's up amigos, amigirls?" Andre said coming up to the table with some money in his hand.

"What's all that money for?" Cat asked.

"Me. I set up a kiddie pool over there and I'm chargin' people five bucks for five minutes." He said as he looked over at his kiddie pool. "Sinjin!You got three more minutes!"

"Okay!" Sinjin yelled back, playing in the kiddie pool as Tori and Seth looked back.

"Honestly, that is genius." Seth commented before they turned back to the table.
