Jungwon stared at the sleeping witch.

"We'll take turns to watch her." Heeseung suggested. Jake shook his head, still sitting by Sooyun's side, holding her head. "Jake, she's safe. It was a minor incident. Everything is going to be okay. We'll protect her."

When Jake didn't reply, Heeseung turned to leave. Then saw Jungwon standing silently in the middle of the room. He sighed, grabbed Jungwon's arm and dragged him outside. "Let's give Jake some time. He seems kind of disturbed with all of this."

Jungwon nodded. Heeseung nodded back, about to leave when the leader grabbed his wrist. "I... I'm sorry for the last time. For how I talked to you."

Heeseung looked away, his cheeks coloured. "Well, I was a bit startled when you suggested you want to..."

"That I want to fuck you?" Jungwon's eyes sparked with madness. "That part is true, but surely I shouldn't create a picture in your head. Right?" He teased the older one more and watched him squirm.

"Yeah... Yeah, you shouldn't." Heeseung cleared his throat.

"Sorry. I was just not in the right state of mind. I'm sorry."

Heeseung smiled, tapping his cheek. "It's alright. Go, take rest now. It's... eclipse time, so I'll be in my room for some time."

Jungwon nodded in understanding. He watched Heeseung leaving for his room. The door clicked shut. In the mean time, Jungwon went to Jay who was staring outside the balcony. "What's in your mind?"

"I don't blame Jake. Poor girl died on us a couple of times." Jay hummed. "There's something we're missing it feels. Like there is something we're supposed to see. It's right in front of our eyes, and yet we're not noticing it."

"I want to be on whatever you're smoking." Sunghoon joined the conversation.

Jay gave him a stinky eye. "Bitch."

"What's this thread for?" Sunghoon showed his wrist to Jungwon who pinched the bridge of his nose. "Ya! Why do you look so done with us? I didn't even do anything."

"Well. Isn't it obvious? It's a magic bound thread. Will keep you from draining someone dry," Jay offered. "Jungwon had it custom made for you. The witch helped us."

"Did it work?" Niki joined.

"Somewhat yes." Sunghoon gave a vague reply.

"What does that mean?"

"That he might not feel blood thirsty." Jay smirked. "But he still wants to fuck the little sunshine guy."

"Shut your mouth before I punch you," Sunghoon growled.

"And here you were asking why I looked so done with you people," Jungwon grumbled and walked away from the vampires. He could hear them snickering and chuckled when they all continued the bickering session. "Idiots," he muttered.

Jungwon entered his room when he paused. Something wasn't right. He slowly walked to the mirror, checking his reflection when the lights suddenly turned dim. He frowned, turning around sharply. Heeseung appeared at the door, his eyes red and Jungwon could feel the pheromones from where he was standing.

No. He stepped back, suddenly taking a deep breath and his fangs came out when he smelled Heeseung's addicting smell. No. No. Shit.

"No." Jungwon tried to zoom out of the door but Heeseung smashed him right on the floor in the middle of the room. "Fuck! Niki! Jake! Jay! Sunghoon!" He called out to everyone but no answer.

"Don't scream!" Heeseung snarled, his fangs out. "Not anyone but my name."

"Heeseung hyung." Jungwon tried to calm down, his dead heart was pounding in his chest wildly. "You're... You're not seeing anything right. I'm not Sooha. I'm Jungwon."
