Sunghoon watched Sunoo.

The guy didn't stay with his sister. Instead, he was roaming around in the party hall. Talking to people. Laughing freely. Acting like a literal sunshine. He hated seeing that. His happiness bothered Sunghoon. It annoyed the fuck out of him. His hand gripped the glass tighter when saw a guy licking his lips when looking at Sunoo.

Before he knew it, Sunghoon was walking towards the man who had managed to haunt his thoughts in the matter of day. "Oh Sungh-" Sunoo's words stuck in his throat when the taller one started dragging him away from the group, to an empty corner.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing?" Sunghoon pushed him against the wall. "You broke a rule. Get on your knees and apologise."

Sunoo's wide eyes stared into his, his throat wobbling. "What- what's it? Did I do something wrong? I'm sorry."

"Yes. Be sorry. On your knees." Sunghoon tilted his head. When the boy kept staring at him, he pulled Sunoo by his nape, joining their foreheads, breathing in his intoxicating scent. "Stop looking at me like that. I don't know what I'll do if you kept looking at me like that."

"How am I supposed to look at you then?" Sunoo, being the tease, asked.

Sunghoon's fingers sprawled over his beautiful neck, his soft skin calling for him. There he felt that beat of his pulse. Sunoo's heart was beating fast. His pulse was thumping against his hand. Sunghoon's eyes turned red, his skin turning pale and he felt that foggy haze covering his eyes. He shook his head, but all he could smell was blood.

"Sunghoon, are you okay? Look at me. Hey." Sunoo's soft voice made him blink a couple of times. His gentle hands cupped Sunghoon's face. "Breath. You're okay. Breathe."

His voice sounded different. Sunghoon was only hearing his heart thumping. Slowly, his hand reached out to Sunoo to slide his shirt a little, and leaned his head to place open-mouthed kisses from his shoulder to his neck. Sunoo clutched his shoulders, closing his eyes. Sunghoon felt his fangs peaking. The urge to bite him was so overwhelming that he felt he would die if he did not.

"Sunghoon no!"

"Where are you taking me?"

Ara felt her skin tingling from where Jay was clutching her wrist. She stared at his face, and he smirked. "I underestimated you. Of course, blood ritual won't be affective longer, so I'm going to go with this my way." He stopped, and pulled her closer, his arms around her waist. "Your innocent acts won't fool me."

"What are you-" Fear sparked in her eyes, and she screamed when he gripped her arms and pushed his face in between her slender neck and shoulder. His breath brushed against her skin as she struggled against me. "Let me go! Jay, what the fuck is wrong with you?"

"I've to check, Cinderella. I've to check magic in your blood. If you're still under our spell. To what intensity."

His eyes turned red as he leaned forward to bite her when someone pulled him back and threw him against the wall. Jay growled and got up. Jungwon was in front of Ara, who was sitting down, screaming like no tomorrow. Clearly traumatized. Heesung appeared behind him, glaring at Jay.

"We can't take risk!" Jay was about to punch Jungwon but Jake came and pushed him back again. "Ara is no ordinary human. Why are you guys not understanding this!" Jay asked, frustrated.

"We've her under control. If you bit her, we can't guarantee any spell will work on her!" Heesung snapped. "You know what she is. We can't take risk."

"Hyung is right." Jungwon also looked serious. He glanced back to Ara, and sighed. Placing a hand over her head, he closed his eyes and took her memories. "Do your work, Jay hyung."
