Me And A Writer's Block

Unfortunately, I get them more often than I'd like (I don't want them at all but here I am)

But I have different kinds, so maybe writing about them will help.

Right now I'm writing chapter 18 of Flickering Lights and I do write something but I can't continue cuz it feels so forced and makes everything sound stiff.

The thing is, I don't know what the thing is.

I know what needs to be in the chapter and I know how I want it to end, but there are scenes that need to be included where I don't know how to write them. Or what to write.

Right now I really want to finish this chapter but I just don't know.

Then I do got ideas, but I don't know if they really fit into the chapter or more into the way the characters are supposed to feel.

This follows a lot of overthinking and trying to build on that idea either way.

(Btw the purpose of this is fulfilling, I think I may got an idea of how to write what I want to write without making it too random and out of place)

Sometimes I'm just not motivated enough to get my brain to think if ideas, and more often I can't come up with something.

I probably said that someday, but I wrote Flickering Lights out of an intrusive thought and published it without having any outline of how the story should evolve.

Because of that, I needed a lot of filler chapters in the beginning and most of the time it took very long to come up with ideas and actually write them.

I ended up writing down ideas I want to include and actually started to have a little idea of that outline.

I do believe I will need to write fillers and I'm sure I'll be stuck on chapters again, but this is the furthest I've ever written a book and I'm kinda proud of myself.

I think the one where I was like 'This is the book I will finish and all ' ended up stopping at chapter 9. Yeah...

But now I'm at chapter 18 and I don't plan on stopping! Thanks to @lizisareader @marlavv and @Kayaxx0 they motivated me with their awesome comments to get on my ass and start writing when I was lazy.

So yeah, I got
1 idea where I don't know how to write it
2 no idea of what to write
3 too lazy to write

This all is very random but I just needed to say thisssss. Maybe to sort my thoughts I don't know.
