The Filipino English accent varies depending on which province in the Philippines one is from. To a certain extent, it can sound poorly enunciated in English. But generally, as this language is widely spoken in the country, many Filipinos have great mastery of the pronunciation and can speak it fluently. For most, there is a bit of an accent to how it is uttered.
