A G A S T Y A

It's been three months since i first saw her. In this short period of time Shivangi became such an important part of my life that now i can't even remember how life used to be before she came.

All i know is, she's the ray of sunshine in it, she's the peace to my heart. Without her everything just feels so dull and irritating.

There is surely a big progress in our relationship, from stealing glances of eachother secretly, having small conversations to little bit of flirting. From searching for excuses to initiate a conversation to talking randomly about everything that's in our heart.

Yet we didn't confessed our feelings till now and i am not at all complaining! I seriously love this phase of us, where we know what's in eachother's hearts without confessing. Where we don't need big terms to name our relationship.

I like our relationship sweet and innocent just like it is now!

Shivangi brought a lot of positive changes with her too, surprisingly i am less grumpy, less stressful and a lot more happier these days. I've became more kind and empathetic towards everyone and very much focused on my academics as well. She even made me habitual of visiting temple atleast once a week with her, so yes i am becoming religious as well Her impact on my life is really big and i am definitely loving every bit of it.

Re-connecting to god gave me peace of mind and taught me valuable life lessons, i just can't be more grateful for it!

Anyways coming back to reality, right now we as in the school's cricket team is gathered in the ground as we'll have our jersey numbers today.

Being the sports captain as well as team's captain, last few weeks were damn hectic for me. Mid term exams, dance competition's practice after school and selecting the team for upcoming tournaments which is in January. But it takes months of consistent practice and hardwork to win a state level tournament!

Ridhaan is not interested in cricket so only i & Ranvijay are here.

" 7" a boy said when asked for his preference.
Thankfully school gave us the independence to choose our own jersey numbers!

" Thala for a reason!" Ranvijay chuckled next to me, i just shook my head with a smile.

" 43" next one said.

" Four plus three is equals to seven, hence Thala for a reason!" Ranvijay said again and this time i gave him a look.

" 4" Okayyy-wait WHAT????
I looked at the boy with wide eyes. No way he can take that number!

" choose another one please." i requested politely.

" Why? As far as i know, no one has taken it yet" he asked with a questioning gaze.

" It's taken!"

" By whom" he asked rather very rudely with so much attitude.

" Me." i said, back to my idgaf tone.
