qi core is very very important, if not the most important thing for a cultivator, qi cores formes why you control qi and condense it in a small size ball which is connected to the qi channels

qi core enhances Qi flow, it stores qi, but not any qi but your qi some use fire qi some use water qi what if you are in a area in which there is no fire qi ? what will you do? qi core helps there you use the fire qi you have stored in the qi core
furthermore, the qi stored in qi core is much stronger because you have to refine qi before storing to while the qi in the enviroment in mixed with diffrent qi's , the qi in the core is much more under ur control
Lady Starspoke: Third realm/mission is called Ethereal Realm for this mission you have to refine your soul like other mission you get a reward called Spiritual Sense, with it you gain the ability to "see" and interpret the spiritual and ethereal aspects of your surroundings without relying on physical sight. you can visualize the layout of your environment. this is called Spiritual Mapping furthermore you get Energy Detection and Aura Reading
> then you have another requirement the most difficult requirment to fullfill in the mortal realms
Leo: what do you mean mortal realms??
Lady Starspoke: let me complete, so you have to this requirement called Soul Harmony Sub-Realm, for this you have to have Perfect soul-body synchronization a balance between soul and body,
the reward for this you get Spiritual Communication
Akoji: But what do you mean by MORTAL realms???
Lady Starspoke: Now for the question, what are mortal realm, i will not hide from you all this world is just a lower world, the main world is much bigger which is called the upper realm. Immortal reside there. hence these are mortal realm after these realms you get immortal realms
