chapter 3: Elixir

As the moon cast an eerie over the loud palace of Genova while people are busy downstairs with the party Taemin was busy looking for the secret room where the treasure of the palace are being kept, taemin went from room to room looking for that specific room not finding it , with a sign he stopped Infront of a lock red old door " this might be it" he said to himself placing his hand on the handle ready to unlock it but he was suddenly hit with spell from the door handle leading him to fall down with his back, quickly he tried to stand up but was hit by the pain in his palm, looking at it he found it burned, " spelling the door, wow should expected that" taemin said while standing up carefully putting a little pressure on his hands slowly he walk back to the door again, " I think I'll do it the hard way then" careful he put is hand out open his palm flickering glow of the flame that dance in his palms, he focused his mind on the locked door ahead. With a deep breath, he channeled the fiery energy within him, feeling the heat surge through his veins. As his determination flared, the intense heat radiated from his hands, enveloping the door in a fiery embrace. However, before he could witness the door yield to his power a sudden noise behind him shattered the silent, " I don't think you should be doing that" Jimin who was having been witnessing all of this all along come out with hands crossed on his chest , walking slowly to him " ooh it's you again" taemin replied back " yes it's me again nice to meet you prince Taemin of Grandgrest " Jimin said stretching his hands to to reach Taemin's for a greeting , with a smirk on his face taemin greeted back" I won't say the pleasure is all mine my prince , considering you just found me trying to break in your secret room"taemin replies," ooh about that even if you could manage to break it you wouldn't even last a second inside the room let alone step inside it " ooh really? And why so " taemin ask " because the whole room is spelled to sense  Genova blood only so if any other being dare even to step in, they will be turn to ashes so if I were you I will step away, and while doing that do tell me the reason why you're trying to get in there before I call the guards on you " Jimin replied with a straight face looking at him ," nothing much, was touring inside the great Genova you know the greatest kingdom of all is that a Crime if so may you  forgive my rudeness and may you please excuse me I'll head downstairs " Taemin walk pass Jimin going to the stairs but was called back by a sweet honey voice which made him stop on his track"wait ,you may come I'll open it for you and let you inside just for some few minutes considering I'll be needed downstairs before the clock strike 12 so are you still in for some touring?"Jimin with a smile asked him ," taemin smile secretly before turning back looking at Jimin " are you sure, cause you know am from Grandgrest won't I be turned into you know ashes?" taemin replied, "mmm about that don't worry I'll I have a spell for that, Jimin said while turning back to face the door , Jimin having the power to control the weather with a wave of his hand, a small dark cloud gathered in the tiny door way leaving taemin who was watching all of these in shock, Jimin casting an ominous shadow over the hidden door nesting with in the wall, lightning flickered in his eyes as he commands the elements to obey him, with a final flourish, a bolt of lightning struck the door, illuminating the hidden entrance as it slowly swung open revealing the mysteries that lay beyond, after he was finished taemin was in a rush to enter inside to finally pick what he needed but on the thought of stepping inside Jimin hold him by the side of his waist which caught both of their attention,in the moment of unspoken communication their gaze met with a veiled expression hinting at depth unseen, the unspoken language of their eyes held unhidden narrative, a tale untold yet felt in their heart, "are you gonna keep staring and holding me like that your majesty? " taemin with a smile asked , Jimin realizing he was holding Taemin's waist he drop his hand and turn back with a blushing cheek ," mmmm sorry didn't know I was holding your waist inappropriate way s-sorry" Jimin murmured loud enough for taemin to hear" it's okay am not complaining" taemin replied, with that Jimin turn back looking at him," well was just trying to help you not to turn into ashes remember the part I told you only Genova blood, well while opening the door I didn't open the barrier to the room and because I don't have the power to cast down the spell so you can enter you will just have to watch it from here cause you can't get in" " that's to bad , how was it curst ? " Taemin asked ," well the spell was put there by a witch, which to my father he's long dead and the only person who can break it is another witch from her lineage which by now I don't know any, anyway these are all to be seen here"Jimin pointed inside the room filled with ancient staff," if you won't mind me asking what why put all of that spell just to protect a room " taemin asked," well am not supposed to be telling this to anyone especially to someone I found almost breaking in but it's believe that my family holds a great book inside here called the elixir which to my family it's treasure because it was gifted by the gods " Jimin replied, by this taemin looked at him" why does it sounds like you don't believe in that and also I apologize for my previous action and don't you believe that the book do exist? "Taemin ask "well how do I believe it when haven't even seen it, it's said that I will be shown at my twenty first birthday when am crown prince which is almost there so you won't mind me closing it before we are caught" Jimin said  pointing at the door, by that taemin rush to it " lemme at least look in from here for a second", taemin stood at the door eye focus inside hoping to catch even a glimpse of the book from a far and to his surprise he so it with a grin he turned to Jimin " mmm I think you should believe in the book anyway you can close the door now have seen the room and I gotta say it's beautiful" by that with a swift gesture of his hand, Jimin willed the door to close using his extraordinary abilities, the door responded to his command as if under a spell gliding shut with a silent grace sealing away the world beyond with a touch of his power ,"now can we go down stairs it's almost time and I don't wish for my father or any of the guards to find us here especially you" Jimin said " okay thank you for the small tour by the way" taemin replied," it's okay,but I want you to Join me at the party if you won't mind just you know for a little while "Jimin look at him, mmm okay.

By that they both kept talking while going downstairs, the clock is almost hitting  12 so Jimin had to rush before his father send the guards , reaching downstairs wasn't the problem the problem was reaching the throne so they had to squeeze them self in between and like that Jimin reached his father leaving taemin down withe people, Jimin tried to ask him to come with him there considering his a prince but he refused saying that's not his position and so he remained with the commoners and other influenced people.

The king sermon his personal guard to silence the people cause the time just arrived and by that the guard took a tiny horn and blow it catching everyone attention. After that the king took the chance and rose from his throne Infront of everyone , his presence commanding the attention of all who gathered before him. With a voice that echoes through the hall , he spoke of his son's coming of age, his twenty first birthday marking the dawn of a new era as a crown prince. The air was filled with a Sense of anticipation and celebration as the king's words carried the weight of tradition and the promise of a new beginning under the guidance of the future ruler . " Now let's celebrate and enjoy to the future king" the king announce going back to meet Jimin with a proud smile on his face he took the crown and put in Jimin's head leaving the crowd to go wild as he bow to them , Jimin waved happily to the crowd until his eyes lock with someone, and he he waved back this had Jimin blushing in embarrassment but it was worth it cause little did they know with that just small interaction they open a door to something in their which for some reason his yearning for something special.
After all of that Jimin want down to meet his Best friend Lisa who have been watching them the whole time , " someone is king now" Lisa mock earning a slap from Jimin" almost not yet " Jimin replied, "it's okay still you will be soon taking of kings what's up with you and the crown prince of Grandgrest" Lisa asked, "well that's for me to know and for you to dot dot dot " Jimin giggled while using his tiny hands to hide his face, " ooh really? Okay I was gonna tell you something about you know who but just like you said that's for me to know and for you to dot dot dot too" Lisa mocked back, they both stood there arguing at each other until one agreed to tell the other which to be clear was Jimin" okay me and him we are friends I gotta say" , only that?" Lisa protested , " yeah now it's your turn tell me what you wanted to say about him " Jimin asked " well about that" Lisa start bitting his fingernails like they were food,."mmm I'll tell you tomorrow while we are free for now I need to go my mom just  called me , and like that Lisa run away, "Lisa that's wasn't part of our deal" Jimin tried reaching out to her but the girl wasn't even looking back and like that Jimin remained standing alone in middle of everyone until someone grabbed his hand ," alone? " To his surprise it was taemin, " mmm sorry didn't see you there" Jimin replied nervously, " it's okay just came to say goodbye cause am heading home " taemin replied " ooh it's okay see you again hopefully" Jimin said, and by that taemin held his hand and bow enough to reach it and place a warm kiss too it " you will see me again my crown prince" taemin replied and like that he walked through the door leaving Jimin blushing to himself, all this time Lisa was seeing everything from the door " I have to tell him soon enough" Lisa murmured this words as she closing the door behind her .

Hello everyone hope your enjoy this chapter things haven't started yet this is just the beginning also I wanted to announce that yesterday I found a book with the same title as this one and the first plot is almost the same with this, am here by saying that this is a coincidence I DIDN'T copy her work let's say we think alike but I DIDN'T even know the book existed until yesterday this my own imagination here so if you have already read that one and find out that the plots are the same with this  and thought I copied then you're wrong tis is my own world haven't read the book yet so I don't know if the rest are the same but I don't think so anyway have fun with this new chapter,khamsamida
