chapter 29: Whispers of secrets that haunts his sleep

The room was dimly lit the shadows of the five dancing along the walls as the flickering candlelight cast an eerie glow. The air was thick with tension, a palpable energy that seemed to vibrate with every heartbeat. Jimin sat on the edge of a high standard couch , it's fabric golden and stannig from years of use, his posture tense and defensive . He leaned forward slightly elbow resting on his knees, fingers intertwined as if seeking some form of grounding in the chaos of Taemin's revelations.

Across from him was Taemin,he occupied a mismatched armchair, one that creaked softly under his weight. He was slouched a stark contrast to Jimin's rigid stance, his expression a mixture of desperation and determination. The walls were adorned with old potraits and photographs remnant of happier times that felt worlds away from the heavy conversation unfolding, Infront of  them was a small table cluttered with books and empty coffee mugs, the room felt like a sanctuary, yet it was suffocating in it's intimacy.

Hobi and Namjoon who were watching all of this while standing next to the bird cage they didn't want to interrupt anything so they allow Taemin to talk to him , Jin who did know what to say about what he heard just sat next to the chair that was on the left side of jhope and Namjoon and so the silent was broken.

Taemin took a deep breath, the weight of his words hanging in the air like a thick fog, " Jimin, you have to believe me , you are not just a normal college boy; you were once a prince but not just an ordinary one you had powers...."," just stop , " Jimin cut him off guard," just stop all of you", he suddenly stood up ,hand on his head feeling restless like a cow in labour," how can you say that am fucking reincarnation of a prince and expect me to believe you, like are you guys normal, who came up with this bullshit ah" Jimin eye such the house but everyone was looking at him with sad expression," then explain where that tattoo arrow in your arm came from, also do explain how you stop the weather and in the middle of that do tell about the dreams you been having of me" this time Jimin looked at him " how the hell do you know about that, that's my personal information and I only told it to Jungkoo... " He stopped," wait he shared my personal details to you that's why you know so much" Jimin stared at him with a dark gase .

" It's not what you think Jimin " Taemin said,"is that so......,okay do explain how you know about my dreams, Jimin moved forward to him looking at him straight in the eye, " tell me you haven't been stalking me like V, tell me now", Taemin tried to touch him but Jimin halt back, " I swear i wouldn't ever do such a thing......" Mhmhmhm" he was caught by two loud throat clearing and when he looked, Namjoon and Hobi's gaze," remember the part where we said "everything" yeah I guess we should do that " Namjoon said with a smile and Taemin responded with a tight smile.

"I have told you that I was put into a slumber on the day you died, I was dragged into a new chapter that day one that started when your life ended I grabbed at the previous pages but life ripped them away new chapters have come and many of them good but I still finding myself wanting to go back to stay with you bookmark in that part of my life where you were still living but I couldn't ,so when I woke up I began to search for you in this life Jimin my fear was not to find you so when I did, I was with you in each step of the way protecting you each time, we even met one time but you were still little and so you couldn't remember when we met at the collage as your professor, I watched you through each step of the way, your birthdays have been with you in all the things you did,but in secret, even when you had your first love which was V I was there watching hopping that one day you will remember".

" So you me you have been watching me since then" Taemin nodded," yeah" Tears never knock when they are starting to pour out cause when tears started filling both there eyes no one realized," even that one day those boys were bulling you in high school I was there but when I was a moment away from frying them, your best friend Jungkook stepped in , I didn't know what was with him but I could sense a certain energy in him that until the other day I found out that he was also the reincarnation of your best friend...." Lisa" Jimin finished.

Jimin sat back down with a confused brain," how.....how can it be when I don't even a remember a thing ", Taemin squat down reaching his level and start whipping away his tears..." It's okay don't worry and don't stress yourself to remember when the time isn't ready because soon you will remember everything"... By this Jimin looked up to him" what do you mean by that, Jimin asked" on you 21 birthday that's when everything will come to surface" Taemin replied with a smile.

Jimin was looked nervous as he look at Taemin face before he murmured something" have seen these eyes somewhere but I don't know where exactly", he said as he look directly to Taemin's eyes.

" There are so many things you should know but we have to take them slowly but now we have a very serious situation" , Taemin stood up but Jimin quickly stood Infront of him," what do you mean serous, what's going on, " Jimin asked, this time Hobi was the one who answered," V ",... He said.." V? What's about him" Jimin asked , " he is using dark magic to get to you" Namjoon replied.

This caught Jimin attention with shock, " dark magic? And what does he wants from me last time I checked we broke up", he said, " their is this ancient book that only you can locate, and it's only your blood that can open it ... And he wants it" Taemin replied, " what on the heavens is that, what are you guys talking about what kind of book is that, and why would he thinks am having it.... " Jimin asked with a shock yet annoyed expression," it's not him that is in need of the book...... it's his uncle and that why he had been around you for this long .... Only to get that book and take it to his uncle" Taemin replied, " this had Jimin choking into a pull of tears .

"I think I need some air," Jimin pick up his jacket from the couch and went to the door, " you shouldn't be going anywhere Jimin," Taemin quickly hold his hand which Jimin moved quickly, " I need to go home my mom might be worrying sick now," he replied, "

"Jimin......" But before Taemin could finish his sentence the door was slum shut from behind.

The room went back to silence...

"What are we gonna do now that V has those powers" Namjoon brake the silence, Taemin replied by standing up, " am going after him, I won't let V touch him again ", and before the others could manage to form a word the sound of the door closing was hard.

" They truly are soulmate with the same behavior" Jin who has been silent for the rest of the time finally form a sentences.

The rain started pouring heavily the moment Jimin left Taemin's house.

As he trudged along the deserted street his heart feeling as heavy as the dark
Cloud above. Each step was a struggle, the weight of betrayal pressing down on him like suffocating blanket. Tears streamed down his face, mingling with the rain, making it difficult to tell where one ended and other began. The realization that V had been using him, manipulating their love for the sake of his uncle's twisted agenda, cut deeper than any physical wound.

Jimin's thoughts spiraled, replaying every moment they had shared how could he have been so blind? He had opened his heart to V, trusting him completely, only to discover that trust had been a mere pawn in a dangerous game . The cold droplets splashed against his skin, but it was the chill of betrayal that truly frozen him.

Just as he rounded a corner, he frozen his tracks, There, illuminated by the flickering streetlight, stood V. A dark smile curled on his lips, one that sent a shiver down Jimin's spine. " Did you think it was all genuine?........
