Dear Marjorie,

Hearing you speak in todays business meeting made me realise,

Eventually, we are going to need to get more budget from somewhere,

Let me check with Roger, on the accounts and see if he can help

Provide the income from one of his business deals.

May I also say, the walls in your toddler room are looking dull

Eventually, we will get some paint for them.

Parents are going to start complaining, but in their defense we cannot

Let the standards of the nursery slip.

Everyone who comes into the nursery needs to feel like they

Are making the right choice sending their child here.

So, we need to keep a standard.

Even if it's just to keep the parents happy.

Kind regards, Siobhan.

P.S- To look more professional in letters to parents you need to take a greater notice in the first letters of each line, so that they are up to work standards.
