Wednesday morning approached I had dance class first thing, I ignored the icy glares as much as I could and stretched out like everyone else was.

'Good morning class.' Mrs Adams spoke silencing the mumbling, whispering class as she entered the studios.

'As you all know we are nearing the Christmas break and I would like to get as much as possible done before then, so today we are going to do a complete run through of the whole show and see where work needs to be done.' She explained.

'Right everyone in to places for the first scene.' Mrs Adams exclaimed clapping her hands as we all got moving.

Everything ran smoothly till my intimate scene with Jay. It was beyond awkward as I messed up continuously as I stared at the empty blank expression he wore. His grip unnecessarily tight when he had to hold me, making it uncomfortable and hard to dance. Overall the show was really coming together, I had perfected my solo parts after practising over and over. I had to admit Jay also danced really well.

We managed to get to the end of the performance and improvements were given to all of us.

'Right, that's it for today. Class dismissed.' Mrs Adams announced. As I made my way out of the studios she called me and Jay over.

'There are serious problems with your dance, I want you both back here at lunch and the three of us will work on it. If it does not improve than I shall replace one of your lead roles with someone else.' She said sternly.

I internally groan before walking away my bag thrown over my shoulder.

As my second lesson passes all I can think about has to dance with Jay at lunch time. He is so angry at me for something that I hadn't even done. Has Alex not told him the truth about what happened? The bell rings for lunch and I head to the dance studios where Jay is already waiting.

'Why won't you believe that I didn't do anything?' I questioned.

'Just leave me alone Emma, I don't want to talk to you.' He sighed.

'What has Alex said? He would never cheat on Ava and I would never cheat on you!' I exclaimed.

'Stop Em, I am not interested in what you have to say!' Jay snapped.

'Why won't you just believe me?!' I yelled.

'Because this way I have an excuse not to be with you!' He shouted, his eyes widening as the realization of what he just said hit him.

I stood there shocked and absolutely speechless.

'Alright you two, let's nail this dance so I can go eat my lunch.' Mrs Adams chuckled.

We ran it through three times making it as perfect as possible. We finished the last twirl and bowed.

'See! You two can do it! Why don't you two dance like this in class it would have saved the last 45 minutes!' She scolded.

'Right that's it for now, see you tomorrow.' Mrs Adams said before leaving. Once she left I was soon to follow for once I wanted to be as far away from Jay McGuiness as possible.
