OK, so here was the thing, Tony may or may not have a small, so small; so tiny that it doesn't exist (Huge) respect that turns to a crush on Steve. After the events of Ty (Something that brought him great joy, and made him sigh like a school girl every time he remembered it) Tony starts seeing Steve in a different light. The crazy Addams was an OK person when you get to know him better and Tony can finally admit that he can see what Bucky saw. (Even if he refused to admit it) So Tony admit, that Rogers wasn't really a bad person when he abandons all the Addams craziness behind him for five seconds; hell, he was half a decent person even while being an Addams (If he wasn't trying to kill or torture you) so maybe Tony misjudge him a little bit (Not). Anyway, what Tony was trying to say is that he was becoming more and more acceptant of Steve's crazy life as an Addams, what he wasn't accepted of was his supposed 'Friends' trying to off him for 'Seducing' Steve (When the hell did Tony even manage to do that when he spent half of his time running away from Steve?)

As Tony was saying, what Tony doesn't accept was his friends trying to off him, why? Well, ever since the news of his engagement came out (With photos) everything had gone down, literally and figuratively. When the words got out because of those crazy women, who tried to seduce Steve, the hall went crazy, trying to corner Tony and threat him to leave Steve (Hell, even General Ross glared at him with a subtle threat, EEEWWW!) all in all, by the end of that night everyone in New York, no! In all of America, knew about Tony being engaged to Steven Grant Rogers the original Captain America and one of the four heirs to the Addams fortune.

Needless to say, everyone went crazy, either because Tony was going to marry the most handsome man alive (Which ended with Tony getting a lot of threatening letters ordering him to leave Steve) or because they refuse for the Merchant of Death to marry into the Addams family and increase his evilness and statue (Really? People still consider him, an evil person and ongoing arm dealer after all the times he nearly sacrificed his life protecting them?) It was madness, it was hell, and Tony had half a mind running away to the hills, leaving Steve and everyone else just to gain his sanity back.

Unfortunately for Tony, life was never fair to Tony, fairness was out of play ever since Tony was ten years old and Jarvis died… anyway, out of the pity party Tony threw himself into; at this moment Tony was in one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s meeting rooms, getting his head hammered by Fury and the PR personas for the stunt he pulled at his birthday-ball… so what if Tony was engaged to Steve? It's no one's business but his! Right at this moment, Fury took it as his business to go on and on about how reckless Tony was by making his relationship with one of the Addams family public and exposing Steve's identity of being the original Captain America/the former Winter Soldier in the process.

With how much ranting and screaming Fury was doing, Tony could only groan and massage his tempers; first of all, Tony wanted to scream at Fury that nothing was his fault, but the fault of everyone at the party. Second of all, you would think that after the information dump two years ago, everyone would have known by now the truth about Steven Grant Rogers. With how unreasonable Fury was, and how much the PR has proven to be idiots, Tony knew that he was going to stay in this room for a long, long time.

"Well, it is not my fault that everyone are idiots, and are overreacting about my engagement is it?" Tony finally snapped, getting feed up with how Fury kept repeating the same sentences for the seventh time, really? Really? Couldn't Fury find anything else to complain about other than his relationship with Steve? So what if Tony was engaged? People didn't care that much about him when it became a known fact that Ty abuses him so why should he care about what they think about his engagement with Steve.

Tony could only groan in pain when Fury launched on complaining once again, snapping and hissing and accusing Tony of being reckless as hell; oh God, could Fury shut up? "Do you know how hard it was to quiet the media down, Stark? Everyone is going crazy about you marrying an Addams, which by the way is something that never happened in the past 100 years!" Fury snarled, causing Tony to let out a huff, leaning back in his chair and holding the bridge of his nose.
