So today was the day. The day that Tony tried to avoid for many months, but had accepted as what it is; today was the day that Tony had dreaded and anticipated for months and months now. Today was his wedding day. It was so funny that Tony thought about it now, it was so funny for him to remember that he spent months trying to avoid this wedding, thinking that he would end up doomed and cursed by marrying Steve. It was laughable thinking about it now, because when Tony finally opened his eyes after the unsavory incidents that kept happening around him; he realized that Steve really liked him and wanted what's the best for him.
So finally after going back and forth with himself and J.A.R.V.I.S. Tony accepted marrying Steve; mainly because that meant Tony won't die alone or get killed by anyone without Steve avenging him, another was because he really started to like Steve. Believe it or not, the man wasn't that bad when you get to know him; especially the protective side of him.
So here Tony was, checking himself in the mirror, trying to see if he forgot something (Well, he was mainly trying to see if the suit he was showing his butt in a better light, making it perky and irresistible) the suit, unsurprisingly was all black; looking closely, anyone can confirm that the suit Tony was wearing was more suited for a funeral than a wedding. Who was Tony kidding though? The Addams family had always had a strange sense of fashion and love for the color black; the only color Tony has on his person was the red tie, which resembles the color of blood closely. If Tony had to say, he would swear that Serpentine dipped this tie in blood before forcing Tony to wear it; not that Tony was complaining, especially when his butt was looking great.
So here Tony was, checking himself out with a satisfied grin that kept on stretching on his face, giving him a creepy look if Tony was honest. "Well, if that isn't a scary sight I don't know what is… you are going to fit in the Addams family quite well." Rhodey shivered as he entered the room, letting out a snort when Tony's grin widened even more as he tilted his head.
"Why, thank you! Hearing this complement does nothing but boost my ego." Tony let out a happy sigh as he turned to the mirror once more to check his butt. "By the way, does my ass look fat?" Tony asked suddenly, making Rhodey choke on his breath for a second before he finally lost it and start laughing, looking at Tony like the genius was the one losing his mind.
"Why does it matter? Steve would appreciate it either way." Rhodey said after he finally gathered himself enough to stop the giggles that wanted to leave him; count on Tony to surprise him with his unexpected questions and actions. "Anyway, I came here to get you; Serpentine nearly killed everyone trying to get them seated so the ceremony would start soon," Rhodey stated, only to tilt his head when the music starts playing.
"This is our cue!" Tony grinned, picking up the bouquet of flowers that Serpentine arranged for him; to say that they were flowers made for a wedding would be laughable, it was more suited for a funeral in a horror movie that than; the flowers were just stalks full of thorns with a few black roses here and there with one single rose in the middle, wrapped by spider webs to keep them together.
Here comes the bride…
All dressed in white…
Mascara's running down her face…
Rhodey froze in his place his eyes were wide as the song continued. "The hell? What kind of song is this?" Rhodey hissed, holding Tony's hand as he walked him through the aisle, shivering when he saw the Addams family sitting on the right side of the room, wide creepy grins on their faces as they took Tony in; what made Rhodey gulp was not the creepiness he was feeling, but what he was seeing. Ghosts, corpses, zombies, and even voodoo dolls were in the Addams family row (And were those standing hairballs?), making Rhodey wonder if this was such a good idea.
