Tony sighed tiredly, pouting harder and harder with every second that passed, and sleep refused to come and greet him; how cruel, it wasn't like Tony didn't want to sleep and chill, it was just that he was too wrung out to do so, even on the soft bed he slept on. It had been weeks since Hammer was humiliated on national TV; weeks since Steve came home happy as he made a B-ling to Tony and hugged him to death as if he was expecting praise for what he did on national TV. It had been weeks of the Addams' creepiness surrounding him from all sides, causing Tony to finally give up and accept his dark fate, after all, who would care what happen to Tony Stark? Tony was just entertainment to the outside world and a target to his 'friends' who were still angry that he was going to marry Steve. Like why don't you propose to him?! Tony didn't make it hard to do that, did he? They weren't even in a real relationship!

Anyway, weeks later since Hammer, and Tony finally resigned to his cruel (So cruel) fate; what is marriage anyway? It wasn't like Tony had anyone to love like that or have someone who loves him truly (Steve Rogers doesn't count!), he was pushing his thirties and soon will be in his forties. Not only that, Tony was sure it wouldn't be that bad to marry Steve, what could happen? Steve already destroyed his mansion, he already ruined his innocent mind with him doing strange magic and dark voodoo, Steve already made him go into a cemetery for God's sake! And well, it wasn't like Steve was after his money or fame or anything, from what he knows (And everyone else for that matter) the Addams family are rich (And the main family, which include Steve, even more)… filthy rich if the rumors were true, so rich that they have underground secret rooms all around the world full of gold, silver, and precious rocks (Well that's what Tony heard, and he doesn't even want to ask Steve if it was true) but the Addams family have been around for centuries; people say that they were around since the sixth century, enjoying their life of riches and torturing people for fun. Tony was sure that their wealth came from those they torture (If Steve would have accepted Tony's wealth in exchange for leaving him, Tony would have given it a long time ago, but it was Steve, and he was anything but a quitter)

"Can't sleep?" A voice asked causing Tony to blink his eyes open, trying to look for the source of the sound, which only succeeded in making Tony shriek loudly when he saw the source. The source was Serpentine, who was floating over Tony's bed and was looking at Tony with equal boredom and dark evil in her eyes that promised death. "Oh, poor baby! Are you OK?" The woman asked in a worried tone, not that Tony was going to believe every word coming out of her mouth, not when she was grinning like a cat who got the canary and was planning on toying with it until it either dies or gets eaten.

"W-what are you doing in my room?" Tony squeaked (Which he will deny for the rest of his life) his eyes were still wide and his heart was pumping wildly in his chest; it had been weeks since Serpentine showed up in their lives and she doesn't seem like she is in a hurry to leave them at all. Still, this was the first time she dared to come inside his bedroom; no one from the Addams family dared to come inside Tony's room, especially, when Tony decorate it even worse than his lab with the pink fluffiness everywhere and the cute stuffed animals in every surface and let's not forget the roses hanging from the ceiling, there was even salt and holy water in the corners of the room, so why? Why?!

"Oh, I thought the two of us can have a girls' night and bond! You are going to be my son-in-law after all!" Serpentine cooed happily floating down until she was near Tony's face, making the genius squeak and tried to back away from the crazy woman last she does something unwanted. God, why? Why him of all people in the entire world? Why? What did Tony do in his past life to deserve such a punishment?

"I am not a girl!" Tony ended up squeaking in the end, trying to glare at Serpentine, who was looking at him with amusement coloring her eyes, like all the protesting that Tony was doing was just a silly tantrum a three years old was throwing. It was so not fair, Tony's life was so not fair! Why does he have to suffer like this? Why can't Steve notice that Tony doesn't even like him like that? What's wrong with Bucky for not catching Steve's attention sooner than Tony did? Tony didn't want to die!
