Chapter 9: Breaking the Cycle.

At a secluded hill neighborhood meant for wealthy families, we see Jaune standing across from his old family's house and sees that it has some signs in the yard saying ''hope June gets better'' and that sort of thing about what happened while the other signs looked like they're from June's old academy saying ''Fuck the Arcs'' and other signs, mainly because the students from her old academy are still mad at her for what she's done to her brother

Jaune couldn't stand the sight of it, so he pulled out a weapons bag as he pulled out a combat knife and put his mask on to do something he should've done a month ago after he got expelled from Beacon.... And that something... is to kill his ex-parents.

Why? Very simple, to break this cycle of sadness and make himself an arc again, without his dirtbag parents in the way to disown him again if they DID Make him family again, which they didn't yet but still, Jaune must end this so he can make his disownment null and void once and for all

(BACK AT I.M.P)

We see Blitz, M&M & Loona just came back from getting sushi for lunch and see Jaune not in the break room, even though he was sitting here before they left

Moxxie: (Sighs) Where did Jaune go now?

He asked as he put the sushi boxes on the table and Millie sees a note on the fridge, making her gasp in horror after reading it and her gasp got her co-workers' attention

Blitz: what is it, Mills?

Millie showed them the note she found, and they widened their eyes after reading it

''Dear Blitz & others.''

''If you're all reading this, then it means I'm on Remnant now to do something that should've been done a long time ago by last month, and that's to make myself an Arc again by killing my old parents. They were the ones who had the idea of disowning me and I know they'll be in Hell after I kill them, but I have to kill them. I just want to break this cycle once and for all.''

Blitz: OH SHIT!!!!

Loona: WE GOTTA STOP HIM!!!! (Taps chin) I mean, they did cause Jaune to have a scarred life and got us to hire him, but... (Wide eyes) Killing your own parents!!??

(Back at Remnant)

We see Jaune getting down on one knee and pull an automatic firing sniper rifle out of the weapons bag, held the rifle and aimed it directly at the window where the dining room is located, which is where the Arc Family is seen eating dinner

Inside the Arc Family house, we see them having sad faces while eating dinner as Lucy Arc stopped eating and looked at two empty seat where June usually sits at when it's dinnertime while the young 8 year old sister, Jenny Arc, just stayed in her room because she wasn't hungry and still sad about June's coma, making her sigh in depression because June is still in her coma back at the hospital she's still at

Lucy: I regret everything that's happened.

Sarah: yeah, I mean Jaune already forgave June because she's in her coma, but the rest of us? (sniffs sadly) I don't he'll ever forgi-

Then she widened her eyes at seeing her mom having a laser sight dot on her forehead, making her immediately stand up and tackle her mom to ground right when bullets started firing through the window, making everyone scream in fear at the fact that they're being attacked as they went down to avoid being shot by whoever's attacking them
