meant for eachother

prologue

her long blonde hair was flying all around her and she rode in toppers jeep with the windows down. laughter and occasional conversations filled the car as they were on their way to get lunch. kie greeted them as they walked in and sat down. 

kie was emery's first friend but after rumors were made up they split their separate ways, Sarah made sure emery didn't stay friends with her as she started most of the rumors. kie and her still talk and have recently been hanging out more but Sarah and topper do not approve of kie and her friends. 

"babe ill order for you why don't you go to the bathroom" "thanks top" emery says. she pulls up the straps of her shirt before standing up and walking to the bathroom. 

emery's house has been invaded so recently she has been living with Sarah so most of her clothes do not fit her. her parents rented a one bedroom apartment on the mainland until they could get their house fixed up. emery doesn't understand why they can't just move into another house on figure eight that they own but  at least this means she gets freedom for the next week. 

when she walked out of the bathroom kie instantly grabbed her arm and pulled her into the kitchen. "what the hell kie" "shut up come here" she pointed through a small window outside. Sarah and Topper were on his jeep kissing. "what the fuck" "this is why you should have stayed with me" 

after a long walk back to her house, she realized she needed a friend. her house being empty with windows and doors broken. she ran up the stairs to go change and she called JJ, the only friend that has stayed close to her while all of this shit has been going on. 

"hey em whats up" "can you pick me up from my  house" "yea sure whats wrong" "topper i just need to be with a friend" "ok we are coming"
