Upon returning to the camp, Luna was more than eager to tell her best friend and uncle about her little adventure.
After changing for the night, she got into her tent with Monica to talk about the gorilla she's in love with but doesn't know that yet.
Monica: Okay, So are you going to tell me about what you did today, girl?
Luna: (Smiles beautifully) Yes, today it was rather eventful, more than yesterday if you ask me. You see, the friend I told you and Uncle about is a gorilla!
Monica: (Confused) A gorilla?
Luna: Yes, his name is Kumba, and he's the leader of the gorilla troop, or "King" as the gorillas view him.
Monica: I see... And what else?
Luna: I was able to bond with them, and apparently, Kumba saved us from a jaguar while I managed to lead a baby gorilla back to its mother safe and sound. (Blushes) And lately, Kumba has been teaching me to speak gorilla, so that we don't have to communicate through sign language.
Monica: It seems you had a very fun adventure! (Thinks) Say, you don't seem to... have feelings for this Kumba, right?
Luna: (Blushes more) What?! No, of course not!
Monica: (Grins smugly) Come on, girl, Don't deny it~ I know someone is in love when I see it~
Luna: (Takes a very deep breath and frowns) Okay, I guess I AM in love with him...
Monica: Aha! I knew it! My calculations never fail!
Luna: But I doubt he feels the same for me... Plus, we're not the same species.
Monica: (Frowns and thinks) Mmh... Well, have you thought about going on a date with him?
Luna: Umm... No, I haven't thought about it yet...
Monica: Look, Luna, the main advice I can give you is to be yourself, whether Kumba loves you back or not. But if the Aladdin Movie taught us something, is that we shouldn't be someone we're not.
Luna: (Smiles beautifully) Thanks, Moni, What would I ever do without you?
Monica: Hey, that's what friends are for!
The 2 girls share their secret greeting happily, before drifting off to sleep.
However, they weren't aware of the fact that Adrian watched the whole conversation alongside Dylan, feeling angered at the fact his crush loves someone else instead of him. And the worst part for him? It's that she's in love with a gorilla.
Adrian: Grrr... Why couldn't it be me instead?
Dylan: I'm so sorry, sir.
Adrian: (Takes a deep breath) Thanks, Dylan. Though I still can't believe Luna doesn't love me despite my good looks.
Dylan: (Feeling nervous) Well... What are you going to do?
Adrian: If Luna is going to introduce us to the gorillas... (Grins wickedly) ...then I have a brilliant plan.
Dylan: (Thinking worriedly) *Oh dear, I have a bad feeling about this...*
