~~DEXTIN'S POV~~
I woke up hazy eyed. Feeling the brush of warm morning sunlight hit my body. I sat up in my bed rubbing my eyes and memories flushed in my head from yesterday. Wow i've only known her for two months and she's already stuck in my head. I usually don't take many people into the soft places in my heart. except Lex and Seaon. They're all in the soft places. But Nepeta is somewhere i didn't even know about in my heart.
Is it the love realm. No many people are there. I don't know but she makes me feel so happy. I smiled to myself putting my hands on my face. I sat in my bed for a few more minuets until my bladder disturbed me.
I did my every morning schedule and did my chores so Seaon won't have to wake me up and tell me to do them. I went to the third floor to see if the landscape i painted had dried.
As i was walking upstairs i heard something. Was it Lex pranking me and painting again. Damn it "Lex you better not be prank-" i was wrong it was Nepeta "Sorry, i never explored the third floor. I can leave if you want me to" i looked at her my heart racing, my head running in circles. W-what do i do. W-what do i say. Calm down it's okay "Oh,no it's fine, you can stay as long as you want to" i said smiling with my eyes closed, with my hand behind my neck. she smiled back "Great. I asked Lex witch way your room was,but she told me you where already up and probably up here" i put my hand down and continued smiling "Well here i am, do you have a question" she stood up straight and grabbed her tail "Yes actually, i was wondering what time we were going to lunch together" i froze. Damn it i forgot that we were going to lunch. Why am i so forgetful "Um, Dextin" i got myself together "Oh, yeah we should go at 4:30" i relaxed at my smart answer "Okay,then Lex is calling my name i'll be back later" she walked past me and smiled. I smiled back.
My heart stopped racing with my mind. And my mind started filling of the worst thing that could happen. Thanks brain.
It was 4:50 right now and i was about to get Nepeta so we could go. I saw Lex running around get a bunch if her makeup and other beauty things. She's not going anywhere so what is she. Oh she's doing Nepeta, I should of noticed that, dur da dur.
I sat down waiting for her. I really needed to calm down though, it's not like it's a "Ready to go" i jumped at her sudden arrival "Yep,let's go" she looked at me weird "Are you okay you look nauseous" i felt my face go a light shade of pink. I need to stay calm. I got myself together "Yeah,i'm fine. I just have somethings in my mind" she smiled "Okay"
When we got to the dinner we talked for a bit and laughed a lot. But then it stopped and got awkward for a second "Soooo" she said looking at sealing with her lips in a duck like position "Yeah, are you bored are something, we could go to the arcade real fast when we get done eating" she smiled and her ears shifted to a happy position "That sounds like fun" i smiled.
Our food arrived. She had mini chicken nuggets shaped as animals and honey mustard. i smiled as she made it look like her nuggets where fighting each other. I couldn't control my laughter. She was so cute. I tried and tried but smirked and giggled. She looked up at me, and realized what she was doing "Sorry,it's a habit" my face was a rosy red from trying to hide my laugh "It's okay. You looked cute" she blushed and twirled her hair "Thanks" she changed the subject real fast "Here comes your food" yay. My pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate chips were here. I had practically smeared my food all over my face. Whip cream was everywhere. I looked at nepeta who had her honey mustard look like blood for the animals and had it all over her face too "My side won the war........yay" she said her yay in a shy tone then she looked at my face and smiled "I had a bomb in my pancake" we stared at each other for a very long time,with funny faces trying to control our laughter,but soon we just let it out. It was funny how we didn't care about the people around us looked at us. So we continued to laugh without caring.
We soon went to the bathroom. Both of us still laughing and giggling at peoples reactions on their face.
We freshened up. I was the first one to walk out though, so i just leaned against the wall on my phone waiting for her.
She soon came out. She still looked pretty,but their was a small bit a honey mustard on her left cheek "Hey,you got something right here" i said pointing to my left cheek. She reached for it, but she missed. So i decided to help her "Hold on" i walked in the bathroom and grabbed a paper towel and walked out "Here let me help" i wiped her cheek a few times trying to be gentle and not rub to hard. "There" i realized i was extra close to her face in the process. I walked back nit feeling to awkward "Do you still wanna go to the arcade" she said smiling at me "Sure"
When we got their Nepeta looked extra happy "Whoa, their are a lot of games. What do you wanna do" I jumped at her question. Well i wanna answer truthfully "Wanna do the car games" Her eyes widened "You can learn how to drive here" i laughed "No it's sort of like a race. You have to drive to finish line. Game style" she smiled and her tail wiggled around "Okay,lets do that"
We walked over to that section. Sat down in the hard seat moving the steering wheel in different directions "Here let me start it up for you" she had on white short shorts. i smiled. I put the coins in for her and she started the game.
she was actually very good at this game. I remember it took me forever to get this game down. I soon dozed off into space while she played the game "YEAH" i jumped at her reaction. She got first place. "Wow good job. For a beginner" she smiled at me "Did you play a game" i shook my head "No" she looked at me confused "I was testing your skillz" she smiled at me. She jumped "I have an idea" she got up "Can you give me two quarters please" i smiled "Sure" i gave them to her and she switched car games next to the gun shooting game "No, are you really gonna do that" she devilishly smiled at me and i knew her answer. She put the other quarter in the gun game and started.
I was so shocked that she was doing that. I didn't even know if we were suppose to do that, but i just rolled with the flow. She soon finished and i decided to join the fun and started up my own gun game.
We had a lot of fun like we did last night at the cliff. "Oh, i forgot. I have aura lessons with Seaon today" She jumped out of the car game seat and told me to come on. I followed her.
"Come on, we only have six more minuets" we ran into the woods jumping over stumps,logs, and other things, and somethings we just jumped over for fun "Hey wanna race" i looked over at her. She wasn't losing any stamina. It was crazy, i'm dying over here "Yeah sure" she smiled "Okay, 1,2,3 GO" she was running so fast doing cart wheels and flips i was about two centimeters away from her.
When we arrived Seaon was in the front yard. He was opening up the door. He had grocery's "You guys need to save your energy for aura training" we stopped right in front of him. I was gasping for air and my legs felt like pins. I looked at Nepeta she looked just fine. Lucky
