~~KARKAT'S POV~~
"You iidiiot" i looked at him,and he could tell i was sad "I'M SORRY OKAY" he jumped and just relaxed "Well,you are goiing to bee the one telling Equiius not me" he got up and left. i watched him go.
It was already 10:59am and i got up from the lab table and headed to Equius's hive. My heart was pounding. How was i going to tell him, and before i knew it i was already at his hive. I was so nervous my vision got blurred.
I was still walking though. i got my self together and my heart rate slowed a bit. i knocked on his door and my heart sped up again.
When he opened the door with a wide smile on his face. i guess he was expecting Nepeta because as soon as he saw me his smile vanished. "What low-blood" my vision blurred again. "Well" i took a deep breath "Equius can i come in i need to tell you something" i could tell he put two and two together and could tell what i was about to tell him "It's about Nepeta you couldn't find her right" he let me in.
This just made the matter even worse because i was in his gargantuan hive,he thought she ran away because of something else not being about me,and his hive smelled like a sweaty gym with a bunch of troll school boys in it.
"Um,Equius i have to tell you something about Nepeta and I" i could see his eyes widen through his cracked glasses "yeah um,before Nepeta ran away......she um confessed her um, feelings for me before she left,"i looked down for a second,and when i looked back i could tell he was furious "but i told her i was already flushed for someone else" he walked over and grabbed me by my sweater and held up his fist,and i just waited for the hit and scrunched my eyes together hard. He wasn't doing anything though,so i opened one of my eyes, he was crying. He let go of my sweater "I should have been there for her,so i could have encouraged her" i felt a tear fall down my cheek i didn't even notice i was crying,but i am so amazed that the big sweaty troll has a soft spot. I don't know what to do "Hey but we are still looking for her" he looked down "No, mostly when she has her mind set on something she sticks to it,even if you did find her it would be twice as hard to bring her back" some of his blue tears hit the ground "get out" he said viciously he didn't have tell me twice. i just left and headed back to my hive.
While i was walking i saw Vriska "Hey Kaaaarkat" i ignored her "Hey" said "Are you ignoring me nooow karkat" she said sarcastically "Vriska i don't feel like dealing with your bullshit today okay" "I know i was looking for you anyway" i turned around and she caught up with me "While i was walking i didn't see Nepeta hunting like she always does" i looked down and my heart cringed "yeah,um about that,she ran away a couple days ago" she laughed "I know Terezi told me" i growled "THEN WHY WOULD YOU BRING IT UP" i looked up and stared at her. My teeth gritting like no other. she jumped,and i felt more tears fall down my face. I growled and looked at her for a long time. There was a long silence "Okay,i just" she stopped i didn't care what she was about to say i just walked away.
When i got to my hive it was 2:15pm and i needed a nap so i got in my bed and went to sleep.
