4:Empty Hearts

Haseena was standing in front of Mike and numbers of audience. It was just an evening, so there were not so many people there. Most of them come around after midnight when real spice (pole dancers) of the club were on display.

She was wearing a full length sleeveless and backless maxi which was much better what she was wearing yesterday.
She started to sing a song.

(In bracket, the song continued while the days will be passed).

"Thode bhare hain hum..."

Their days were passing in Blush quite busy. No, it should be said there nights as most of the time they had to work at night while sleep at day. Half of the day, Anubhav went somewhere and he didn't bother to inform her.

Anubhav was seen in their room when she returned from a singing performance and serving everyone. As her duty was now easy one, she Had to serve the so called managing  department of the club (Bose, Sophia and other trainers including Anu) during their meetings after her duty.

His eyes were empty which reflected her. She changed and sat in front of him silently. "Any update sir?" She started to read him once again. He got another information she knew from his face no matter how empty his eyes were.

"Thode se Khali hain.."

He rubbed his temple, it was his habit of  doing this when he was in deep thought or tensed, she noticed this in these few days.

"Tum bhi ho uljhan main..."

"Sir, ap se Kuch pucha hai hum ne!"

"Hum bhi sawali hai.."

He jerked from his thought and started "Hasee.." he stopped and corrected: "miss Malik,humain abhi apni team se ek bohat mahotapurn jankari mili hai. Inka kahna hai k inko Kuch aas pass k chote gao se ek do complain mili thi k inki ladkiyan inke gao k landlord Kam k bahane shahar bhaij daite hain parantu bad main inki koi khabar nahi milti. Yeh complain bohat Kam hai aur zayada tar cases main thane adikari ne Kisi qisam ki karwai nahi ki, is Liye yeh mamla samne nahi aaya. Ab jab hum ne apni team ko investigation Karne k Liye kaha to inho ne woh case humain la kar diye."

Haseena: "to apko lagta hai sir k woh ladkiyan is case se juri hai..."

Anubhav again rubbed his temple and flip the pen in his hand which he was working with before she came into their room.

Anubhav shook his head: "hum yaqin se kah nahi sakte. Jahan tak humara khayal hai k nahi Inka is case taluq nahi mgr Inka cases humain lead de sakte hain."

Haseena: "Kya Matlab sir?"

Anubhav explained: "daikhiye miss Malik, humain abhi tak yeh nahi malum hua k yeh sub trainers ladkiyan le kar Kahan se aate hain kuk Jo Jo kidnapping k cases hum ne in ladkiyon se relate kiye to itna to humain malum hua k in ladkiyon k Naam ya chahre se inke khilaf koi kidnapping ka case nahi hai..to ho sakta hai k yeh ladkiyan inke mata pita se directly kharidi gai ho."

Haseena almost shouted: "Kya sir? Ap aise yaqin se kaise kah sakte hain koi maa baap Apne bachiyon k sath aisa kaise kar sakte hain."

He smiled bitterly: "agar apko aisa lagta hai k maaf kijiye ga miss Malik ap ne dunya daikhi hi nahi hai. Paisa aur majburi sub Kuch karwati Hain.. humare desh main lakho nahi balke karoro aise khandan hai Jahan ek waqt ki roti k Liye log apni kidney tak baich de sakte hain..aur yeh bhi haqiqat hain k humare Samaj main abhi bhi beityon ko bojh mana jata hain..to aisa hona humare Liye koi achunbe ki bat nahi.."

She got silence for a moment.. He had changed or he was already like this, she just misunderstood him. Sometimes he felt so much different from the Anubhav she knew and sometimes he was the same but without a smile and love he had for her. He still smiled but it never reached his eyes. "To phir ab hum Kya kar sakte hain sir?"
