8: Memories (main Teri Rubai)

After her life had taken U-turn from love to hate for Anubhav Singh, Haseena Malik called him (in her mind) many things. Mafad parast, khud gharz, dhoke baz, jhoota insan... But most used word was a manipulator.

Anubhav Singh, the manipulator. Who was the only person on this earth who could manipulate Haseena Malik.

While looking (glaring daggers) at Anubhav Singh in investigation room of IB room, she had vowed to not to be manipulated by him again.

She looked at Bakshi and addressed him: "sir humain Kuch ap se bat Karni hai."

But Anubhav beat her: "sir agar apki anumati ho to hum Haseena Malik se Kuch Shan bat kar sakte hai?" Bakshi ushered him to go ahead and he went ahead and dragged her to the corner of the room.

Then he whispered something in her ear which widened her eyes  and opened some old wounds. Out of all things, she didn't expect him to broach this topic. "Humain malum nahi tha k ap yahan tak gir jae ge Anubhav Singh." There was fire in her eyes for him.

Anubhav smirked: "hum to shuru se hi aise the Haseena Malik, ap hi humain pahchan nahi Pai thi."

Haseena glared: "bohat ache se pahchan gae hain apko."

Anubhav signaled her to go outside of the room: "ap pahchan Gai hai to yahan rukne ki koi avishikta nahi hai." She glared him once again and went outside. She was vowed to not be manipulated by him and once again he had successfully manipulated him to do his bidding.

But before going, she went to Bakshi who was now in another room watching the investigation of Anubhav. She looked at the investigation through glass wall and observed Anubhav's lax posture. If he was this calm and relax, it meant he had a plan. As far as she knew this person, he never do something reckless without planning everything.

Bakshi voice made her come out from her thought and turned to him.

Haseena: "sir hum apko Kuch batane aaen hain."

Bakshi (calmly): "yahi naa k yeh ap thi jis ne mission mess up Kiya tha aur Anubhav ne blame khud par le Liya."

Haseena was shocked to listen to it while Bakshi continued: "is shakhs ko (pointed to Anubhav behind the glass wall) main ap se zayada samay se Janta hun. Mentor rah Chuka hun iska. Woh chizain isi waqt kharab karta hai jab ap involve hoti hai."

This infuriated her. "Sir ap hum par ilzam nahi laga sakte. Sub Kuch Inka apna Kiya dhara hota hai aur Naam hum par... Wah wah! Ap aur woh apke.. sishi humain mission k Liye istamal karte rahe, hum hote rahe, yeh soch kar chor diya k yeh sub desh k Liye hai mgr yeh ilzam nahi seh sakte k humari waja se Anubhav sir ka faisla influence hota hai. Jo hota hai woh Apni marzi se karte hain."

Bakshi smiled at that: "Haseena Malik, bat sirf itni SI hai k ek agent aur ek police officer main farq hota hai. Ap Apne jazbat yahan nahi chala sakti aur Anubhav ko bhi is ki anumati nahi hai. Mgr jab ap involve hoti hain to woh damagh se Kam aur Dil se Kam laine lag jata hai."

She gaped at him for a moment and immediately hid her expression and replied in a cold tone. "Sir, humare aur Anubhav sir k darmiyan aisa Kuch nahi Jo woh humare Liye DIl (emphasized) se Kam laine lag jae. Bus apko yeh batane aaen the k mission main humara cover humari waja se blow hua tha." Then she told him everything.

Bakshi nodded after listening it. "Humain batane ka shukriya mgr Kisi AUR se iska zikar mat kijiye ga. Abhi ap jaiye aur is bat ko yahi Bhool jaiye. Jaisa chal Raha hai waisa chalne dijiye." He indicated towards the investigation.

Haseena: "apke pass koi plan hai sir?"

Bakshi nodded: "har bat batane ki nahi hoti miss Malik, deewaron k bhi kan hote hain..humain apki zarurat hui to I'll call you. You may leave now as you can see I'm busy with official work."
