To ensure Alex wouldn't wake up and harm himself again, Liam injected a sleeping drug into him, which would last until the night. After making sure that Alex was safe, Liam discreetly left the room and rejoined the wedding preparations. To avoid suspicion, he even allowed Veronica to get close to him occasionally.

Meanwhile, Alex's parents were growing increasingly worried. Henry St. Claire called the company to inquire about the issue that supposedly required Alex's immediate attention, but the reply they got was concerning—the company was fine, and no one had seen Alex since his memory loss. Panic set in, but they calmed themselves and decided to speak with Liam privately. Henry called Liam, asking to meet outside his house. Liam agreed, knowing this was the perfect opportunity to reveal the truth about Veronica. When he met Alex's parents, Eleanor immediately grabbed his hand, pleading for him to find Alex. Liam reassured them, promising that Alex was safe and that he would take them to meet him that night. He also hinted that he had something important to tell them and requested they bring his parents along, ensuring no one else knew about it.

After the meeting, Liam returned inside to resume the wedding preparations, selecting his suit and helping Veronica with her dress. The day passed slowly, filled with the usual pre-wedding hustle and bustle. That night, Alex's parents convinced Liam's parents to accompany them to the address Liam had provided. Once Veronica was fast asleep from the sleeping pills Liam had secretly given her, he also left for the gang headquarters.

When both sets of parents arrived, they realized they were at Liam's gang headquarters. Confused, they were escorted into a living room by several bulky men. Not long after, Liam entered, and everyone saluted him. Alex's parents, unable to hold back any longer, asked about Alex. Liam's parents were equally shocked and worried.

"Where is Alex?" Eleanor asked, tears in her eyes.

Liam reassured them, "Alex is fine, but there's something I need to tell you all."

He proceeded to recount everything that had happened to Alex over the past few months. He told them about Veronica's manipulations, her torture of Alex, and how she had deceived everyone. Liam also revealed the recent incidents where Alex had tried to harm himself, emphasizing the toll it had taken on Alex's mental state. He assured them that Alex never cheated on him and that it was all part of Veronica's plan.

Tears filled their eyes as they listened. Alex's mother blamed herself for her son's suffering, while his father tried to comfort her. Liam's mother, best friends with Alex's mother, also offered comfort, regretting ever trusting Veronica. They realized how their decisions had destroyed their children's lives.

Liam watched silently, wanting them to fully understand the gravity of their actions. Finally, Robert Daxton, "Where is Alex now?"

Before Liam could answer, one of his subordinates entered the room, looking concerned. "Alex has woken up and is trying to harm himself. He's looking for you and doesn't recognize anyone else."

Panic seized Liam as he dashed towards Alex's room, with both sets of parents following closely. The sight that greeted them broke their hearts. Alex, once admired by everyone, was now acting like a crazed man. The room was in disarray, with Alex throwing everything around and calling for Liam.

Liam's parents, who had always treated Alex like their son, were shocked. They had always hoped their children would be mates, even before they were born. They just couldn't accept both being alphas. Seeing Alex in this state, they were devastated.

"Alex!" Liam called out loudly, making Alex stop and look at him.

Liam approached slowly, wrapping Alex in his arms. "I'm here, Alex. I'm right here."

Alex calmed slightly, but his parents' attempt to comfort him triggered another outburst. Alex clung to Liam, repeating, "Liam is mine. No one will take him from me."

It was clear Alex couldn't recognize anyone but Liam. This realization broke everyone's hearts, including Liam's. He requested Alex's parents to leave, explaining that their presence was making things worse.

Crying, they left the room, comforted by Liam's parents. Each one regretted their choices and decisions, promising to fully accept Alex and Liam as mates if it meant making Alex well again.
