I waited and waited and waited for Hitoshi to finally come to my room. It felt like forever but he did come over. He was definitely not influenced by me... so not... alright he was but no one can blame eme for that at all. I mean I was scared. I could hear these sounds and guess what?

Hitoshi stormed into my room and closed the door as well as locked it behind him while he was leaning against it looking for me. He seemed panicked and I knew exactly why. No matter which grade you are or if you are an alpha, beta or omega... every single person who had an instinct meaning, everyone could feel the danger and that something was wrong.

Hitoshi (whispering): Izuku?

I peacked up when I heard him call for me and jumped out of my hiding place before I went to the bed and shifted back but definitely made sure to be able to wrap the blanket around me. It was dark and he shouldn't be able to see me but just to be safe and just for me to not feel naked at all.

Me: I am here.

Hitoshi: Are you alright?

At this point we were both wispering. No one of us wanted to get caught by whatever that was and luckily Hitoshi's room was right opposite to mine.

Me: Yeah, what about you?

Hitoshi: Same here. Where is the sound coming from?

Me: Eri.

Hitoshi: No way... it can't be her.

Me: I told you something was wrong with her.

Hitoshi: I know you told me but dad and papa went to a doctor to check her up and even Granny Chiyo said everything is fine with her.

Me: They can't smell the animal hiding beneath her omega scent.

Hitoshi: What?

Me: I am telling you, she smells weird.

Hitoshi: So what do you think this is?

Me: I don't know... I am scared.. I always was around her... I told you I don't like this.

Hitoshi: What do we do?

Me: Wait it out?

Hitoshi: Wait?

Me: What else you wanna do?

Hitoshi: Shouldn't we call our parents back?

Me: And tell them what?

Hitoshi: Good point... A friend of our parents is gonna come in the morning. How about telling them about it? I bet they are a hero. Knowing Papa and Dad, they wouldn't send anyone else but a hero to check on us.

Me: Yeah.... good point.

While we were close to my bed, whispering, the noises outside the door started to become louder and more feral. At one point we could even hear some clawing noises on the tiles. I hated the sound. It meant that she was close but also that she shifted. We both knew what the sound was and we also knew that she was no longer a human and only S-graded omega's could do this. Still she was definitely not an S-grade omega. No way in hell was she an S-grade omega. I would know this.

Without knowing it, I shifted back. It was Hitoshi who picked me up and then opened the window.

Hitoshi: Hold on tightly and don't get scared.

With that said, he just simply jumped out... well more like climbed out, grabbed the draining pipe and climbed up to the rooftop as if he was a goddamn monkey. At least this would get us out of the house and to safety but we both were too on edge to relax.

Hitoshi: Do you wanna stay here?

I just looked at him... Did we actually had a choice?

Where did he wanted to go?

The Yama-zawa household was living in a house! A freaking house! Of course there was a garden and of course there was no other rooftop nearby. There was no way he was serious right now.

Hitoshi: I can-

Before he could continue to say anything more, I wiggled my way out of his hug, to jump down and shake my head. It would be safer here than on the ground. I also couldn't hear her anymore. Even if she was a mixture of a lot of animals, there was no way she could get up here to us.

HItoshi: Then let's stay here and enjoy the night.

yeah... as much as we can actually enjoy the night.

I doubt that.

I really really doubt that.

There is no way we can actually enjoy the night....

We both don't know what is going on.

We just ran from something.....

But he is right... we should go sleep a bit.

Hitoshi: If you are tired, go sleep. I am an insomniac and I can handle a night without sleep. Don't worry, I got enough already.

I wouldn't say no to this offer, especially since I could feel all the energy leaving my body, now that I knew that we were safe. The last thing I did was wait for Hitoshi to sit down and then get around him so we would be together. No one would get left behind and his presence was soothing. I needed him right now as much as he needed my warmth. Whatever that was, scared us both to the core and our presence was just healing.
