It had been a month after I had came out of hospital, i had to go back in soon but I had a couple weeks free. Being stuck inside in the hot summer days is like torcher. All my friends were out with their girlfriends staying out late and partying.But here I am alone in my room nothing to do or no one to speak to just my self.
I sat on my head scrolling through instagram as someone's post came up . Posted 25 minutes ago .it was Jackie... she never posts on instagram..ever since she left she's been like a ghost maybe she's been busy and stuff but I guess there's nothing I can do..but the picture really caught my eye. Jackie stood in the photo out side of a huge building smiling but she wasn't alone stood next her was a tall brown curly haired teen boy. My heart instantly dropped my smile faded. Who was he ? Was he just a friend.. or was he.. more than that ! I ran straight to the comments my heart was beating as I my eyes scanned through the comments.

Mason.. who's mason I zoomed in on his face staring and I zoomed in more I saw his hand on her waist. There's no way. I felt a tear begging to form in my eye as I stared at the photo. I don't even want to know what Alex thinks of this. I didn't even know they were properly broken up ...
I turned on my side being carful of my leg and played music as I curled up into a ball on my bed.

Jackies pov

It had been around a month since I had moved back to New York and I think I missing Colorado more than i thought I would.I thought this would be better for me but it's just made things worse I miss all of the Walter's all my friends. But if I go back what would happen with Alex or even Cole...

I went on to my phone and checked my post to see the comments I laughed at a few but after a minute something made my smile drop. Cole had viewed my story. And I hadn't told him yet...

I called Cole as soon as I could hoping he would answer I needed to explain my self.i pressed on his contact name as the phone rang twice before answering..

"Hello Cole ??"i asked

"What do you want"Cole muttered

"Just checking to see if you're ok..how's the leg"I don't know why he was so mad he was fine a couple days ago

"Why don't you go check on your boyfriend New York " he shouted

"Boy... I broke up with Alex ages ago you know that didn't you....."I stated

"Stop playing dumb Jackie.sp who is he then" he asked

It finally clicked..mason...

"Oh uh yeah so..."I couldn't  spit out my  words

"Oh my fucking days Jackie cut the bull shit already."he shouted

Jackie.. he never calls me Jackie I don't think he ever has it's always been New York..

"If you're going to speak to me like that I'm not going to fucking tell you Cole Walter why don't you go make out with Erin and then her best friend and then why don't you go kiss one of your brothers girlfriends !"i screamed down the phone

A tear fell down my face as I realised what I had said .i could almost feel is expression he was pulling

"And for your knowledge I'm seeing this guy okay and that's none of your business now fuck of"I yelled as I ended the call

I laid  back onto my pillow as the door handle opened

"Who was that?"a teen boy asked

"Ugh just Cole it doesn't matter" I said as I turned around to face him

"You ok?"he asked

"Yeah I'm fine he's just always up my arse about my life who I'm dating where I am"I said

"I think he just cares about you jacks"he added smiling at me
 
"Mason ..are you joking Cole Walter caring about someone that's impossible"we both laughed

"I'm sure he's great" Mason said

"Mhmm great" I sarcastically

"I bought you ice cream" he said jumping in the bed pacing me a spoon and a small tub of chocolate flavoured ice cream.

"Thank you"I said as I lent my head on his shoulder

It was lovely don't get me wrong but something inside of my felt weird almost like something wasn't right.
