It had been ages since I last spoke to any of the Walter's except Katherine and George they call me everyday to check up on me. They always tell me to come back when I feel like it but I don't know when that's going to be.
I ended things with Alex a couple days ago after I met this boy called Mason. He's kind and loving and makes me feel special. But Idk sometimes I just miss the life I threw away.but besides that one thing has been bugging me. The argument o had with Cole.... It just confused me why does he care so much... I understand we kissed and all but that was all just a big mistake.. well that's what I've been telling my self..... I haven't had the courage to text him or ring him so I've just ghosted him completely....

It was the night before masons birthday I had decorated his apartment room for him with balloons and streamers. We weren't officially dating but I think we are pretty close.... I wanted to surprise him for when he got back from this summer school thing he was doing.

Jackie: heyyy how long till you home ? X

Mason: uhhh not long just pulling into the car park be up in sec xx

The door creaked open and I saw his foot enter I set of a party cannon.

"HAPPPPPYY BIRTHDAY" I shouted

"Ahhhh thanks"he said as he smiled then walked off

My heart kinda hurt. I put all this effort in for him just to say thanks.i shrugged it off and grabbed the hover to start picking up all the confetti

" so we need to leave here tomorrow moring early so we can help set up the house people are arriving later at night tho its gonna be sick" Mason said as he placed his bags down

"So why are you doing your party all the way over there ? Is New York not good enough for you ?"i chuckled

"The house is huge and there's like thousands of more people" he said

"Oh cool" I said disappointed.he's only throwing the party to be more popular what a dick move

I woke up early like Mason said and go ready.I curled my hair and put on a white tight dress . I knew there was going to be know time later so I decided to do it all now. I chucked a jumper over so I wouldn't get cold on the flight.

"You ready to go"Mason asked me

"Yes I'm ready"I said as he grabbed my hand as we left for the airport a spark flew through my body this felt weird but nice at the same time. We arrived at the airport and went through security with no problems. The flight didn't take to long it was pretty peaceful for some reason. We landed and headed straight to the house where the party was being held.

It was around 8 in the evening and already hundreds of people were here .People from my school people I didn't know everyone was here.i finally slipped away from the huge groups of people and sat down somewhere quite . I just sit there thinking. All the mistakes I made just flooding through my brain.i could only think about Cole.... I pull out my phone and started texting him. I took a deep breath as I sent it. But no reply. I sighed as I stood up.i needed to clear my head all the thoughts and feelings . I walked out the door and went for stroll out side. It was quite nobody was out here except me. I till I heard faint noises around the corner I slowly tip toed trying to be quite as I took a peek round the corner. My eyes widened as I saw Cole... sat on the floor....
"Cole...."I whispered not believing that it was him

"Wh..a..what are you doing here" he asked

"I..I" I stumbled I was speechless before I knew it Cole was crying more then crying he was breaking down in floods of tears. I had never seen him like this before ever. Cole was always the strong emotionless brother.but seeing this side of him felt weird. I didn't know what to do. I ran over to him and sat next to him holding him in my arms. He dug his head into my shoulder as I held him tighter

"I..I'm .so..rry" he mumbled in between his tears

"For what you have nothing to be sorry about Cole want to tell me what wrong" I asked as his breathing slowed down

He looked up at me at just stared. He looked down at his legs and didn't say anything.

"Cole..."I whispered

"It's nothing ok just  stuff. I'm fine ok."he snapped

I didn't say anything i just stared at him until i blurted out

"I'm the one who should be saying sorry ..."i said quietly

"Jac..."Cole tried to say as I cut him of

"No Cole I was a total dick and there's no denying  that. I left because I was scared, I thought if I left it would be for the better but once I left I knew it was a mistake. And then I met Mason and I told my self that I needed a new start and Freire to forget the past.. now I'm stuck in this mess.." I said as I looked at the floor

"I'm sorry" I spoke softly

"I'm sorry to" he said as he brung me into a tight hug.something inside of me felt weird. My stomach felt like it had thousands of butterflies inside like an explosion was happening it felt right.

"JACKIE!?" A loud voice shouted from round the corner

"Shit! I spoke pulling Cole close to the wall and telling him to be quite by putting my finger on his lips

"JACKIE WHERE ARE YOU ??" He shouted again

"Who's that?" Cole whispered

"Mason he's most likely trying to find me" I whispered back

"Come on let's go" Cole said as he got up being carful of his leg and put out his hand out

"Go.. where?" I asked

"Home"he smiled as he pulled me up and dragged me through crowds of people till we made it to the front of the house

"Cole be careful of your leg" I said as he sped up pushing past people 

"Awwww are you worried about me"he laughed as I gave him a look

"I'm gonna call mum to come pick us up"Cole said as he got out his phone

"Are.. they going to be fine with me coming back ?"i said not knowing if there going to be mad

"Jackie are you serious they all want you home trust me" he stated as he rang Katharine

"Really oh my gosh yes I'm on my way"I Hurd Katherine speak on the over side of the phone

"She's going to be a while and I don't feel great anyway so I'm gonna go find somewhere to sit my
Legs killing me you coming ?"he asked

"Uhh yeah just give me a sec" I said as I ran back inside

so I sort of forgot that Cole had crutches nglll lolll (I'm going to go edit it now so he still has. Them lol ) Hey guys thank you am for reading it really means the world! Sorry it's a bit short I'll make them longer when I right a bit more lol comment any ideas please i need help lol 😭😭💗💗💗💗
