She had to find the necklace before the date. It was the one he had given her, as a resemblance of him. It was everything. He was her first, her first love, her first kiss, her first everything. He was a clumsy one. Though not the best looking, she loved him dearly.
The necklace was given to her as a gift for her sweet sixteen, and her losing it could mean the end of it all. Would it mean he would hate her? Would he break up with her and ask for everything back? Just thinking about it made her sob and sob as she made the house look like a storm had crashed down.
Her phone buzzed and buzzed again.
She had finally found it.
It was still as beautiful as the day she first got it. She stares and smiles, remembering the moment. The way he took her hand and kissed it... He was terrible at flirting and made so many mistakes, it was adorable, he was so cute. It was endearing. She was his first love too.
It wasn't perfect, but they were just two teenagers trying at love.
It was perfect for them.
