Miraculous with a Side of Kai

Chapter 4

Both teen could be seen arriving at the school with Marinette ahead of Kai while the boy himself slow his pace as he had to go towards the Principal's office to get his school schedule.

As for Marinette, she arrived in her class but turned around to find that Kai wasn't behind which made her realised that he has to sort things out first for being a transfer student.

"Nino, Why don't you have a seat in the front row this year?" The Teacher told Nino who simply nods his head.

Marinette was simply minding older own business until a hand slammed on her desk which alerted her.

"Marinette Dupain-Cheng." Someone said to Marinette with a snobby tone which got Marinette to groan.

'Ugh. Here we go again' she thought.

"That's my seat." The one who said this was was a slender teenage girl of medium height. She has brilliant cobalt blue eyes, pale pink lips, and light honey blonde hair. Her hair is parted in the middle while pulled back into a high ponytail held in place by a white hair tie, she wears makeup which consist of pale, light grayish cerulean eye-shadow, pale, light pink lipgloss, and a light scarlet blush. For accessories, she has a gold chain necklace, with a small gold disco ball, and white-rimmed sunglasses on her head, she also wears a sparkly brilliant yellow bolero that goes halfway down her forearms with a light blue button on the left side and two pockets over a white shirt with black stripes around the chest running down to the bottom of the waist. The rest of her outfit includes white jean capris with a golden belt that has pyramid-shaped bumps and white dress shoes adorned with white bows with black lining and soles.

"But Chloé, this has always been my seat." Marinette said to the now named Chloé.

Sabrina: "Not anymore! New school, new year, new seats!" Someone else said beside Chloé, who was a short fair-skinned slender teenage girl with chin-length ginger hair that was styled in a bob-cut, strong cyan eyes, and light pink lipstick with her attire being  a white headband and glasses with a grayish-brown and grey rim. She wears a purple and blue argyle vest, and underneath that, a white long-sleeved dress shirt with a very deep purple bow tied to the collar. She has light blue shorts with a brown belt, black leggings with a dark blue argyle pattern, light arctic blue socks, and black hidden wedged-white sneakers.

"That's right, So why don't you just go and sit beside that new girl over there?" She says pointing towards a Martiniquan Creole-French girl with a curvaceous body. She has heart-shaped lips, grayish gold eyes, and a mole above her forehead. Her hair was wavy and reddish-brown ombre, growing slightly past her shoulders and having brilliant tangelo tips along with that came her attire which was a black horn-rimmed glasses, with a white spot on each side. Her outfit consists of a white tank top underneath a short-sleeved plaid shirt with white, beige, orange, and purple stripes; light blue jeans, and white sneakers with black tops. She wears brilliant crimson lipstick.

Chloé continued on while glaring at Marinette, "Listen. Adrianna's arriving today, and since that's going to be her seat, this is going to be my seat. Get it?

"Who's Adrianna?" Marinette asked confused which made Chloé and her friend to laugh at Marinette.

"Can you believe she doesn't know who Adrianna is? What rock have you been living under?" Chloé questioned with her friend telling Marinette that she's a famous model.

"And I am her best friend. She adores me so Go on, move!" Chloé said while shooing Marinette away which didn't slide with another person.

"Hey! Who elected you Queen of Seats?Martiniquan Creole-French girl said which got Chloé to laugh.

"Oh, Look Sabrina! We've got a little do-gooder in our class this year. What are you gonna do, super newbie? Shoot beams at me with your glasses?" She said with the Martiniquan Creole-french girl to glare at her.

"Wouldn't you like to know." She said as she walks away and grabs Marinette by the hand, " Come on."

As she said that, Marinette suddenly trips and then falls, spilling all but one macaron,"Sorry, sorry, sorry..." Marinette apologizes.

That was when the teacher who goes by Miss Bustier asked if everyone has found a seat.

"Chillax, girl, No biggie." The girl said to Marinette who could only sigh.

"I so wish I can handle Chloé the way you do." Marinette said.

"You mean the way Majestia does it" saying this while showing a picture of Majestia on her phone, "She says all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good people do nothing." She then points at Chloé. "Well, that girl over there is evil, and we are the good people. We can't let her get away with it." She said.

"Well, that's easier said than done. She likes to make my life miserable." Marinette said with an upset tone as her eyes look over to Chloé.

"That's cause you let her, girl! You just need more confidence!" She told Marinette who grabs a macaron from the box and gives half to the girl with a smile on her face, " Marinette"

"Alya." The now named Alya said.

"For those of you who don't yet know me, I'm Miss Bustier and I'll be your teacher this year."

As she said that, the door slide opened which alerted her and the rest of the class to see Kai with a breath of relief that escaped his lips as his eyes traveled towards the teacher.

"Bonjour, j'espère ne pas être en retard en classe." That was all Kai said with a smile on his face which Marinette couldn't help but slightly blush which didn't go unnoticed by Alya.
