I do not own Bakugan or the characters

While Ace and Keith prepared for their training battle on one side of the base, Mira approached Baron with a determined look.
"Hey, Baron, how about a training match? We don't want to fall behind," she suggested.
Baron nodded enthusiastically, getting up from the living room sofa inside the mobile trailer base. "Sounds fun and productive," he agreed.
Mira and Baron left the base, moving to the other side to put some distance between them and their teammates. They both activated their Gauntlets, signaling the start of their match.
With a swift motion, Mira threw her Bakugan, Wilda. The rock golem titan emerged from the ground, rising with arms lifted above his head, his massive body composed of rocks resembling a towering mountain.
Baron, with a flick of his wrist, launched his two Bakugans, Nemus and Tigrerra. Nemus, the humanoid priest-like Bakugan adorned with light golden armor and a massive staff, poised himself for battle. He aimed his staff at Wilda, firing light beams from its end. Meanwhile, Tigrerra, the enormous humanoid tigress clad in silver armor with golden blades extending from her wrists and back, sprinted on her two legs. She leaped towards Wilda, ready to slash the rock golem with her blades while Nemus' energy beam closed the distance.
Mira quickly inserted two ability cards into her Gauntlet. "Sand Beast! Gun Lock!" she commanded. Wilda transformed into a swirling mass of sand, evading both Nemus' light beam and Tigrerra's slashing blades. The sandstorm moved behind Nemus, reforming into Wilda's golem form. With a mighty punch, Wilda struck at Nemus, who managed to block with his staff. Then, Wilda began shooting massive rocks from his vulcan shoulders at gun speed.
Baron, unfazed, activated Nemus' ability. "Pyra Might Skid Roa! Velocity Fang!" he called out. Nemus raised his staff, forming a golden, pyramid-like shield to block Wilda's rapid rock projectiles. Tigrerra, moving with incredible speed, slashed through the flying rocks with her golden arm blades, heading straight for Wilda.
---
Nemus raised his staff high, the golden light emanating from its tip forming a shimmering pyramid-shaped shield around him. The shield gleamed brilliantly, each facet reflecting the intense rays of the sun as it blocked the rapid barrage of rock bullets fired by Wilda. With a precise motion, Nemus aimed his staff at Wilda, a crackling bolt of yellow lightning forming at the tip. The bolt elongated, transforming into a piercing arrow that shot towards Wilda at incredible speed.
Simultaneously, Tigrerra, the humanoid tigress in silver armor, leapt through the air with fluid grace, her golden blades slicing effortlessly through Wilda's rock projectiles. Her movements were a blur as she charged towards the colossal rock golem, her eyes fixed on her target.
Mira, not one to be outdone, swiftly inserted an ability card into her Gauntlet. "Volcano Hammer!" she called out. Wilda's boots ignited with steam, propelling the massive golem forward with surprising speed. He swung his colossal fist, smacking away Nemus's lightning bolt with a thunderous crack and sending Tigrerra flying through the air. She landed gracefully on her feet, undeterred.
Regaining her composure, Tigrerra aimed her blades at Wilda, launching powerful bolts of lightning from their tips. Nemus joined the assault, his staff crackling with energy as he fired another lightning bolt. Wilda struggled under the combined onslaught, his rocky form shuddering as he pushed through the relentless barrage.
---
Both Baron and Mira inserted abilities into their Gauntlets at nearly the same time.
Nemus and Tigrerra focused their energy attacks into a massive orb of lightning, the seething ball crackling as it hurtled towards Wilda. Nemus released several lightning bolts like arrows, each one zipping through the air with a sharp hiss. Tigrerra, with her feline grace, leapt forward and delivered a powerful kick that Wilda barely blocked with his massive arms.
Wilda braced himself, shielding with his massive limbs as the attacks came flying. Tigrerra slashed at him with her golden blades, her swift strikes a blur of motion. Wilda attempted to retaliate with powerful punches, but Tigrerra's speed and reflexes allowed her to evade his blows. She slashed under his guard with precision, while Nemus kept the barrage of lightning bolts coming.
Both Mira and Baron reached into their pockets, throwing their Trap Bakugans to support their main Bakugans. Wilda's Trap Bakugan, a demolition-like creature named Baliton, spun towards Nemus and Tigrerra like a ferocious cyclone. On Baron's side, a huge humanoid Trap Bakugan named Piercian emerged. Though not as tall as Wilda, Piercian's shield-like hands turned into mirrors for Nemus and Tigrerra's lightning attacks.
Nemus raised his staff while Tigrerra aimed her two wrist blades, sending blasts of yellow energy at Piercian's mirrored shields. The mirrors reflected the attacks with twice the power, shooting the amplified blasts back towards Mira's Wilda and the spinning Baliton. Baliton, unable to withstand the fierce counterattack, fell first, defeated and returning to ball form by Mira's feet.
Wilda took the brunt of the attacks, struggling under the relentless assault. Tigrerra ran in, slashing with her blades as Wilda tried to block with his fists. Nemus, seeing an opening, raised his staff and summoned a huge ball of lightning, twice the size of Wilda. The enormous lightning orb descended with a deafening roar, striking Wilda and overwhelming him. With a final, thunderous impact, Wilda fell back, reverting to ball form at Mira's feet.

Mira picked up Wilda's ball form, examining it with a mixture of frustration and determination. "That was a tough match, Baron. Your strategy with Nemus and Tigrerra was impressive. I didn't expect them to coordinate their attacks so effectively."
Baron smiled, feeling a mix of pride and relief. "Thanks, Mira. You and Wilda put up an amazing fight too. That sand ability was a real game-changer. If it weren't for Piercian's mirrors, we might have been in serious trouble."
Mira nodded, her expression thoughtful. "We need to keep improving. The Vexos won't give us any chances. This was just a training match, but out there, it's life or death for the Bakugan."
Baron looked at his own Bakugan, then back at Mira. "You're right. Every battle is a chance to get stronger. We need to be ready for anything if we want to take down the Dimensional Controllers and free New Vestroia."
Mira's eyes hardened with resolve. "Next stop, Alpha City. We'll be facing even tougher opponents, but I know we can do it. We've got to stay sharp and work together."
Baron extended his hand, and Mira shook it firmly. "For the Bakugan and for New Vestroia," he said with a determined smile.
Mira returned the smile. "For the Bakugan and for New Vestroia," she echoed. "Let's keep pushing forward, Baron. We're just getting started."
As they walked back to the mobile base, the weight of their mission settled over them. The road ahead was long and filled with challenges, but together, they were ready to face whatever came their way.
