"By Jove, it's the Miscreants?! What are you doing on my private property?! And how did you even get in here?!" Upon spinning around and seeing us, Flossi's behaviour and speech immediately became erratic. Her Hatterene, Nova, once again hopped out of her Pokeball and adopted a defensive position in front of its master, (who was ironically shorter than the Pokemon!). Upon glancing at her face, I realised a black tear stain had ran down her cheek, and her eye makeup was smudged from crying. She was likely unaware of this.

"We defeated all the Pokemon you deployed to defend this place." Mackenzie explained.

"We're here to stop your evil little plan before you cause any more harm to the Pokemon of Taldourse, you traitor!" Lisa screamed whilst pointing her index finger directly at the scorned widow.

"How many times do I have to say it..." Flossi sighed in response. "You don't understand a thing. None of you do. You're literally being exploited by the Corrupt Four, and you don't even realise it. The Chairwoman and her stupid fairy deputy are manipulating you to do their dirty work, and you just blindly take every piece of bait they toss your way. How pathetic."

"There's nothing pathetic about trying to stop you from hurting Pokemon! In fact, I'd say that makes us heroes," Danny responded.

Flossi's eyelids closed, and she shook her head with a small smile. "No. Wrong again. I've never hurt a Pokemon in my entire life. Not even back in my Team Moon days. However, I'm not going to waste any more time explaining myself to trespassers. You four miscreants best get out of here RIGHT NOW."

Despite being shorter and thinner than all of us, when she was angered, Flossi's presence was extremely threatening. The complete opposite of how she was portrayed in the history books.

"We're going nowhere." I stated firmly, although my heart was racing as her bright, aquamarine eyes bore into my soul. It was so... unnerving. It felt as though she could read every thought in my mind.

"Fine. Then I'll just have to dispose of you myself." The blonde spat back, as she folded her arms across her chest.

"We came here to save all the Pokemon that have been corrupted by you, Freya. And we're not leaving until we've done just that!" Lisa told her in no uncertain terms. Still, the troubled young widow was unfazed. "Y'know, Lisa, I always found you the most vexatious and insufferable out of the four of you miscreants. But I never had you down as a liar."

"Who are YOU calling a liar, you spoilt bone-headed princess?!" Lisa snapped back. It was times like these when I wished she was more like Mackenzie, instead of being quick to anger.

Flossi stepped forwards, and her eyes moved from left to right, from Danny, to Mackenzie, to Lisa, to myself. "Cut the crap about 'saving' the genetically modified Pokemon. You're here because you want something from me. I know exactly what you want, and I can promise you now, I'll never let you have it."

"If you're referring to the crowns you've been hoarding, they technically don't belong to you at all. Y/N is the new Champion of Taldourse now. You were stripped of your title two years ago." Mackenzie spoke up.

"Congratulations, the spiky-headed miscreant can read!" She clapped her hands sarcastically at him. "Champion by name of the Corrupt Four, perhaps, but without the crowns, you're nothing."

She began walking over to the large mantelpiece on her right. She proceeded to carefully remove the lock off of the large, golden box and pull out something shiny. She placed this shiny object onto her head, and proceeded to lift a second shiny crown out of the box - the one previously belonging to Kossi - admiring how it dazzled. As she clutched it, a sniffle ensued, before she inhaled deeply and turned back to us.
