Jenny looked out her window trying to catch a glance of whoever was knocking at her door. Standing there was a tall dude with shaggy hair and puppy dog eyes. He glanced back and locked eyes with a shorter guy with close cropped hair. He was leaning on a black 1967 Chevy Impala.
"Sam!" he hollered, "No one's home! Let's go!"
Sam started to turn away, but Jenny ran to the door and threw it open. She hoped they were friends of the Doctor and not some creepy losers trying to see what time her next tour started. Why they couldn't just go to the office, she would never know.
"Please tell me you're not here for a ghost tour," she demanded at the receeding figure.
The guy leaning on the Impala chuckled. "Did you hear her Sam? She wanted to know if we were here for a ghost tour! The Doctor must not be here yet if she's asking that!"
Sam turned and pointed at the Police Box. "How do you account for the TARDIS if the Doctor isn't here yet, Dean?"
Dean shrugged as the Doctor appeared in the doorway. "Speak of the devil," Dean muttered.
"Sorry!" The Doctor said as he ushered the two men in as if he owned the place. "Jenny and I haven't quite went over exactly why we're here yet. We were just eating breakfast."
"Breakfast?" At this Dean perked up and pushed his way past the Doctor and into the kitchen. "What do you have?"
Dean began pawing through the contents of Jenny's kitchen while Sam stepped smartly into the apartment and began apologizing to Jenny over his brother's impolitness. The Doctor simply grinned like a mad man and continued to shove into his mouth his fish fingers and pudding. Jenny sank back onto her stool and spooned a bite of Captain Crunch. Sam continued to apologize.
"Do you not have anything good to eat?" Dean barked.
Jenny blushed scarlet and got up to help Dean find something. "I uh, think I can, um, fry up some bologna. Plus I have some leftover biscuts I can, er, heat up," she mumbled.
Dean nodded his approval and sat down on Jenny's stool.
"I'm so sorry-" Sam started, but Jenny waved him off.
"It's fine. You should meet my brothers! They're insane!"
Dean and Sam looked at each other. She had no idea what she had stumbled into when the Doctor had broken into her home. Jenny was about to have to come face to face with ghosts in a way her tours had never done before. The brothers looked away from each other and studied the petite blonde the Doctor had told them about.
"So where's Castiel?" the Doctor asked.
"Who?" Sam replied.
To early, in their time line. The Doctor realized. "No one," the Doctor said. "Forget I said anything."
Sam wondered at the Doctor's strangeness, but Jenny who had overheard the quick exchange simply let it fly. With the Doctor's short visit at Jenny's, she had quickly come to realize that the Doctor was a very different kind of person.
"Your breakfast is ready!" Jenny said and set down the plate in front of Dean.
"Hey, thanks, babe," Dean remarked with a wink.
"She's to young for you Dean," Sam muttered.
And with that, there was yet another pounding at Jenny's door.
