Emilia's first class at the Elemental School was Magic Control and Technique. She sat nervously alongside Ava and Liam, watching as their professor, Orion, explained the day's lesson.

"Today, we'll be demonstrating our elemental powers. Please, come forward and show us what you can do."

Ava confidently stepped forward, raising her hands to summon a gentle breeze that rustled the pages of Orion's notes. Liam followed, conjuring a small flame that danced on his palm.

Then, it was Emilia's turn. She hesitated, feeling a surge of panic. She had no idea how to control her Aethereia powers. She looked around frantically, hoping for some guidance, but Orion just smiled encouragingly.

"Emilia, it's your turn," he said.

Emilia stood up, trying to mimic Ava's gesture, but nothing happened. She tried again, this time attempting to conjure a flame like Liam, but instead, a faint hum filled the air, and the lights flickered.

Orion nodded thoughtfully. "Interesting. It seems we have some work to do, Emilia. Don't worry, we'll get you sorted out."

Ava and Liam offered reassuring smiles as Emilia returned to her seat, feeling a mix of relief and embarrassment. She couldn't help but wonder why her powers were so unpredictable.

As the class continued, Emilia struggled to control her magic, causing unintended bursts of light and energy. She felt like a failure, but Ava and Liam's support and encouragement kept her going.

After class, Orion approached Emilia. "Don't worry about today's demonstration. We'll work on your technique, and you'll master your powers in no time."

Emilia smiled, feeling a sense of determination. She was ready to learn and control her Aethereia powers.

Emilia's second class was Elemental History, taught by Professor Lysander. She walked in with Ava and Liam, feeling a bit more at ease after the morning's struggles.

Professor Lysander greeted them warmly. "Welcome, young elementals! Today, we'll explore the ancient civilizations of the Elemental World."

As the lesson began, Emilia found herself fascinated by the stories of powerful elementals who had shaped the world. She listened intently, taking notes and asking questions.

But when it was time for the class activity, Emilia's nerves returned. They were to work in groups to recreate a historical elemental ritual.

Ava and Liam joined Emilia's group, along with Elijah, the hooded figure from earlier. Emilia felt uneasy around him, but Ava reassured her with a smile.

As they attempted the ritual, Emilia's unpredictable powers caused chaos. Elijah growled in frustration, but Ava and Liam helped Emilia calm down and focus.

To their surprise, the ritual worked, and a brilliant light filled the room. Professor Lysander beamed with pride.

"Well done, young elementals! Emilia, your unique powers added an unexpected twist to the ritual. Keep exploring your abilities!"

Emilia left the class feeling hopeful. Maybe her unpredictable powers weren't a weakness, but a strength waiting to be harnessed.

Liam and Emilia sat at a table in the cafeteria, waiting for Ava to join them. As they chatted, Emilia noticed Elijah sitting across the room, his eyes fixed on Ava, who was in line waiting to get her food.

At first, Emilia's instincts told her to be wary, given Elijah's behavior earlier. But as she observed him, she realized his gaze wasn't menacing or intimidating. Instead, it seemed almost...longing.

Liam followed her gaze and raised an eyebrow. "What's going on with him?" he whispered.

Emilia shrugged. "I'm not sure, but he doesn't seem hostile. Maybe he's trying to make amends?"

Ava joined them, oblivious to Elijah's gaze. As they ate and chatted, Emilia kept glancing over at Elijah, trying to read his expression.

Liam noticed her fascination. "Hey, Emilia, what's got you so intrigued?"

Emilia leaned in, her voice barely above a whisper. "I think Elijah might be trying to change his ways. He looks almost...sad."

Ava's eyes widened. "Really? I've never seen him like that before."

As they finished their lunch, Emilia felt a sense of curiosity. What was behind Elijah's sudden change in behavior? She made a mental note to keep an eye on him, hoping to uncover the truth.

Liam teased Emilia, "Hey, I'm starting to feel jealous here! You're always looking at Elijah. Got a thing for the brooding type?"

Emilia blushed, laughing. "Shut up, Liam! I'm just trying to figure him out. He's been acting so strange."

Ava chimed in, "Yeah, and maybe Emilia's just trying to see if she can crack the Elijah code."

Emilia playfully rolled her eyes. "You guys are ridiculous. I'm just concerned about Ava's well-being, that's all."

Liam grinned mischievously. "Sure, sure. Keep telling yourself that, Emilia."

Ava giggled. "I think Liam's just joking, Emilia. But seriously, thanks for looking out for me. It means a lot."

Emilia smiled warmly. "Anytime, Ava. We're in this together."
