Sam and Colby are on...
Anton flamed at me and I felt him put the gun to my head. I was preparing myself for the worst. This was it then...
I could still see Sam I tears and Faya coming towards me.
"FAYA STOP! Shouted I and saw how that Anton pointed the gun at her. I heard a bang and so saw how that hit Faya. She reached for her stomach and looked straight at me.
'Colby...' I saw her say and then she fell down. I got all hysterical.
'FAYAAAAAAAA!!!!' I cried out completely in tears.
POV Sam
I heard Colby yelling. I had no idea what was happening but it was obvious that Faya was trying something. Before I knew it, he was pointing the gun our way and there was a shot. Colby screamed out her name and burst into tears. Anton himself was momentarily impressed by what was happening and that was our chance. Me and Aaron ran toward Anton and so a fight broke out. Femke and Skylar were trying to untie and calm Colby down which was extremely difficult. As soon as he was loose he went like crazy to where the bags were. He kept yelling at Faya. Aaron had managed to take the gun and I took Anton down to the ground. I could also hear the sirens in the distance. I had called the police in silence before I walked in anyway.
The police took over and I immediately went to Colby and hugged him tightly.
'She's gone...' Anton shot her... She's gone...!' Said he sobbing. I tried to calm him down as best I could.
'She saved your life.' Colby nodded slightly but there was no way to comfort him now. I myself had to calm down too I tried to think what was going on in Colby's head. Faya was shot and she disappeared. Is her spirit being dead now? And how is this possible now?
POV Faya
I shot awake and looked around. I was at the place of the accident. There wasn't much time to wonder about things. I had to get to Colby. I had to help him. I couldn't think the thought of Anton shooting him out of my mind and I ran like crazy back to his house. With tears in my eyes, already screaming at Colby I kept going.
POV Colby
The ambulance had arrived and a couple of doctors were checking me out which was impossible because I was too hysterical. Faya is dead, her spirit, and she disappeared. I didn't know what to feel or think. What if something really happened to her now? Is she really dead? Is she gone for good now? So many questions and I don't know if there will ever be an answer. The doctors quietly helped me up and supported me toward the ambulance.
I suddenly heard my name in the distance. I looked around but didn't immediately see anything.
'Did you call Sam?
'I didn't say anything...' he replied. The others didn't say anything either. I heard it again and it was a little clearer.
'COLBY!!!' I looked up and saw Faya coming towards me. She was still alive. I pushed the doctor aside and stumbled over to her.
She flew into my arms and I took a tight hold of her.
'You're okay! I thought I lost you...' she whispered tearfully.
'Me too, Anton shot you and you disappeared.'
'I know... I woke up at the scene of the accident. I didn't have time to think. I was too frightened that he would shoot you...'
'Nothing happened... Anton was in shock because of you, and Aaron and Sam took him down. I'm so glad you're still here. I thought now that I had lost you forever.' Said I sobbing.
I felt the doctors grab me and send me back to the ambulance. They probably thought I was crazy. They kept insisting on taking a tranquilizer because they see I was talking to "no one."
Fortunately, I had Sam who could still talk them out of it. I went with them to the hospital for the extra checks, with Faya and Sam here by my side.
"Tell Faya. How come you're still here? And how come you disappeared? 'I'm trying to understand,' Sam said.
'I don't know myself. I felt the pain of the shot. And not much later I woke up at the place of the accident. That's all I can say.'
' she told me and I repeated it to Sam.
'Really crazy... But you saved Colby's life. Mega thanks for that. I don't know what I would have done without my best buddy here.' Said Sam and hugged me.
An hour later. Everything was fortunately fine and I was then allowed to go home. I saw Faya standing in front of the room where she was lying. I went and stood behind her and took hold of her. She turned around and looked at me.
'Hopefully I'll wake up. And remember all this. And if I don't. Then I hope I won't forget you.'
'I know 1 thing and that is that I am never going to forget you. You saved my life. You made sure that I had this unique experience. And no matter what happens, I'm definitely going to keep in touch.'
'I don't know now what's going to happen. It's resolved, Anton has been arrested. What will happen to me?'
'I don't know myself,' I said honestly.
'I'm still here, so let's do something fun. Just the 2 of us until I leave,' she said and took my hand.
We went to her house. She took blankets and pillows from upstairs and laid it all out in the yard. I wanted to help but was not allowed. I still couldn't through my arm and leg either. She also got her laptop and a beamer and a big white canvas.

'Home cinema. You get to choose the movie! We have Netflix, Disney +, the Belgian Steamz at our disposal.' she said smiling. 'And Youtube ofcourse!'
'Doesn't matter, you choose else.'
'Believe me you don't want that! Then the option is Marvel, True crime, or a movie with my favo actors.'
'And yet I want you to choose.' Laughed I.
'Okey, my Netflix list is open. I'll scroll and you say stop. Deal?
'Deal,' I said and she started scrolling.
'Stop.'
'Uncharted it's going to be. Haven't seen it yet but have wanted to for so long. It's already a fantastic game though and Tom Holland as Nathan only makes it better.' she said with a smile and started the movie. I put my arm around her and she laid her head on my shoulder like that.
'Meow...' I heard next to me. Colby jumped onto my lap and immediately started purring. Sam then lay down next to Faya.
'If you let Colby do that, he's going to lie on your chest later.' Sam doesn't but he always does next to you. Or he'll come and lie in your arms when you go to sleep.' She laughed. And just as she said that, it happened. Colby lay down on my chest. I couldn't move any more.
'And now what? You block my vision and I can't move.' I picked him up and left him lying on my shoulder like that. I took out my cell phone to take a picture of that.
'This is really too cute.' She laughed and she gently stroked him.
We watched the movie like this, with Sam between us and Colby lying purring on my shoulder. This moment couldn't have been better. It was just perfect.
