*2 years later*

"Minnie!" I hollered after my screaming little girl as she chased a four year old Harry with his little sister. Harry skidded to a halt, they all turned to stare at me.

"Yeah mumma?" Her baby voice rang. I smiled.

"Come over here, Aunt Marls, Uncle Sirius and Uncle Moony will be here soon with Cassie." I told them, they all groaned. "You need to wash up, you grubs. C'mon now." They all trudged towards me. Lily scooped up Harry, while James grabbed Rosie. I held Minnie's hand and lead them inside. Reg met us in the kitchen.

"Take her and make her wash up, maybe change her dress, so I can get the cake ready for Cassie." I whispered. He nodded and kissed my cheek. He scooped up Minnie.

"Oh my baby!" He cried as she giggled. He kissed all over her face as he carried her out of the room. I shook my head and grabbed the cake mum had baked out of the fridge.

"Hey, darling?" Reg called from up the hall as I balanced the cake, played and forks on my arms.

"Yeah?"

"Are the Berkshires and Notts coming?" He asked. Minnie's best friends. Reg wanted her to end up with Theodore Nott, claimed he'd do great things. I was partial to the quiet and polite two year old that was Lorenzo.

"Yes, love."

"Is Mattheo ready?" He asked.

"He's hiding in his room, you can try to talk to him." I replied. Mattheo was our nephew, we found out about him late. Narcissa would drop him off from time to time. He was a bit older than Harry and Draco, but would eventually be their year at school. Minnie adored him, and he adored her. I didn't push when it came to him. He reminded me of a baby Sirius.

I pulled open the door with my foot and was greeted by a small blonde boy.

"Hi Draco." I cooed at him. I saw Narcissa standing behind him. "Hello, Narcissa."

"Draco wants to see his Uncle Regulus." She said. I nodded.

"He's in the bathroom with Elenora washing up. We're having a party for Cassiopeia if you'd like to stay." I told her. She shooed Draco to find Reg. Reg and Narcissa's relationship was strained, but they were working on it. They both wanted to be a part of each other's lives, but didn't like each other's choices.

"We won't be staying long." She told me. I nodded.

"I know the kids would like to see Draco." I explained as I walked past her to set things up on the table. She turned to face me, but stayed in place.

"I would rather not see Sirius." She admitted. I nodded.

"We could watch Draco for the night." I offered. she gave me a tight smile. "The Berkshires, Notts and Zabinis will all be here, I'm sure someone would bring him back to you tonight if you'd like. If not, Reg and I will meet you in Diagon Alley."

"That would work." She turned to walk towards the gate. "Thank you, Nova." I smiled at her.

"It's not a problem, Narcissa. If you'd ever like to drop him off we're happy to watch him." Reg opened the door with Draco sitting on his shoulder and Elenora gripping his hand, Matty trailed behind them. He stopped and stared at Narcissa.

"Cissy." He greeted with a nod. She nodded back.

"Reggie," She paused and turned her attention to Draco. "I should be off, you're going to stay here with Uncle Regulus. I'll see you later, my love." She kissed his cheek and straightened his hair.

"I love you." She told him.

"Love you." Draco replied as he hugged her tight.

"Oh Cassie don't-" Remus cut Sirius off by resting a hand on his shoulder. Cassie jumped into the mud after the boys and Minnie. I laughed as the kids splashed.

"Oi, there's a creek just down there they can wash off in." I told Sirius with a chuckle.

"We jumped in much worse than mud puddles, eh Vix?" James joked. Mum laughed. I glanced to Mcgonagall, she just gave me a look.

"Much worse." I confirmed. Reg rested his hand on my thigh, I followed his stare to Sirius who was intently watching the girls as the boys wrestled in the mud.

"Sirius, dear, they're fine." Pandora told him. I chuckled.

"Siri," I demanded his attention. He finally looked away. "There's a million protection charms around the yard. No one can get in who we don't want in. The kids are fine." He sighed heavily.

"They're just so little." He admitted. Marls patted his hand.

"She's part me, part you and part Moony. She's fine." As we all looked back to the kids Cassie threw a handful of mud at Harry. I laughed while Elenora rubbed mud in Matty's hair. The small boy just shook his head. Wise beyond his years, that one.

"Come on, let's get them washed up and having cake before they're up all night." I patted Reggie's leg and whistled for the kids. Lorenzo helped Elenora out of the mud while Luna and Cassie ran from the boys. Blaise, Draco, Theo and Matty walked behind the lot of them. The fiercest protectors. Those four were the first ones to make sure everyone was okay. The first to run and grab an adult. I knew our kids would be fine.

The guys wrangled the kids and took them inside. Minnie smiled at me.

"You've got a new group of Marauders on your hands, love." I laughed.

"Karma's a bitch, huh?" I shook my head. "One day they'll be all yours, Min. You ready for round two?"
