"Vega! Guess what!" Regulus hollered as we walked into the house that night. I laughed as I helped steady him. Vega cocked her head from her crate and stared at us. I plopped Reg on the couch and let her out. She hopped up next to him. He grabbed her face as he pet her.

"Vega! Mom is pregnant!" He exclaimed. I laughed as I sat beside them.

"She knows, she watched me throw up all morning." I replied. Reg smiled at me.

"I can't believe we're going to have a baby."

"I can't believe you won't shut up about it. The whole world knows now after all your shouting." I joked. He laid his head in my lap, Vega crawled on top of him.

"What do you want it to be?" I glanced down at him, not forgetting Pandora's prophecy. He rolled his eyes.

"Luna is two. She said our daughters would be the same year, she was wrong."

"She said they'd be in the same house."

"You should stop listening to Pandora..." He trailed off searching for her married name.

"Lovegood."

"You should stop listening to Pandora Lovegood. Hm. Lovegood. She couldn't have gotten a better one, aye?" I chuckled.

"You don't like Potter?"

"I love Potter. I meant for her."

"Panda always knew it was going to be her and Xeno."

"I don't like him much."

"I know, dear. But Panda is happy." He rolled his eyes.

"We were supposed to be married, did you know that?" I shook my head.

"That's what made us such good friends, we didn't want to be married, that's also why she tried to scare you off in third year. She didn't want you to get hurt if we had to play with their cards." I smiled down at him.

"That's sweet of her."

"Yeah, and she really didn't like you." I let out an abrupt laugh.

"One day you'll learn Sirius can drink you under the table, unfortunately that was not today." He smiled up at me. I pushed him up and pulled him off the couch. Vega followed. She jumped up on the bed and barked whenever Reggie stumbled. I scratched her ears as we all crawled into bed.

"We're gonna need a bigger place." Reg said as I turned out the light. I giggled.

"Or we could take away Siri and Moony's room." He frowned.

"No, I like that they have a room."

"We will figure it out my darling." I kissed his head and rolled over to fall asleep. A moment of silence passed.

"We're going to be parents." He whispered excitedly.

A knock came on the door that weekend while I laid about on the couch. Reg was in the kitchen slicing fruit and making tea. We looked at each other over the back of the couch while Vega began to bark.

"Are you expecting anyone?" He asked. I shook my head as I sat up.

"Do you have your wand?" I asked. He nodded. Vegas bark grew meaner the longer we waited.

"Go to the bedroom." He ordered. I did as I was told. I stood in the doorway, wand at the ready. James, Lily and Harry were out of town this weekend with mum and dad. Remus, Sirius, Marlene and Evan always rang before they came over. I watched Reg look through the peephole, then back at me. I started to walk towards him.
