Serpents Hand

The Serpents Hand is a small but formidable militant leaderless resistance organization that opposes the SCP Foundation and United Nations Global Occult Coalition, whom they wage guerrilla warfare. The Serpants Hand was responsible for the breaches of multiple SCP Entities in he past as well as the loss of several GOC cells. They are branded as a "para-enviornmental terrorist organization" by the Global Occult Coalition and their agents with orders to terminate and member of the Serpants Hand.

The Serpants Hand has a motive far different from the powerful groups of interest who try and supress public knowledge of anamolies and anomalous events in order to keep a sense of normalcy. The Hand seeks to spread public awarness of SCP's and wish to integrate them into society. This leads them to oppose the GOC's destructive goal of eliminating all anomalies and the SCP Foundation's lead with imprisoning anomalies including sentinent ones, but do not despise them like the GOC. Due to the motives of the GOC, it drives them to have an extreme opposition to the GOC. The GOC see the anomalous as in and of itself anathema to the human race and regularly destroy anomalous objects. Even using other Anamolous objects to destroy them.

Due to the Hand being a wide spread military resistance movement they do not have a leader structure and operate independently. The Hand however, most of its members are known to utilize portals to the Wanderer's Library, basically the nexus of all realities. Although it is believed that L.S, a enigmatic female figure of the Hand, is the defacto leader of the Serpents Hand.

Relations with other Factions

SCP Foundation: Jailors, due to their efforts to lock up all paranormal objects. Despite their diferences, the two groups had secretly worked together against dangerous anomalies and open hostilities are rare in the sense.

United Nations Global Occult Coalition: The Hand views them as the Bookburners, due to them destroying hundreds of anamolies so the Hand views them with increasing hostility and simply refuse to work with them in times of need. They are viewed as the Arch Enemy of the Hand.

Unsual Incidents Unit: Due to the groups incompetence, the UIU are complied to serve the Serpants Hand despite them opposing the Hands Motives due to the UIU simply outmatched by the Hands knowledge and magic.

The Serpents Hand views Sarkism as a major threat to the World like all other anamolous groups and tends to work with other groups to supress it, but former members of the religion are still accepted as seen with Vlad, the child of SCP-4294.

The Serpents Hand is aware of the existence of the Three Moons Intiative and some of the Hands members view them as simply, Lunatics.
