LISA
"When were you going to tell us you were fired?!" Annoyed, I rolled my eyes as I stepped out of my bathroom and saw my mother already waiting in my room. I hugged the towel around my body tighter as I walked past her and toward my door.
"I forgot." Was the only thing I told her before I stepped out of my room and went to the bathroom on the second floor for the whole family.
"How can you forget something like that? This is the second job you've been fired from." My mother continued to complain while I looked for the hairdryer in the bathroom.
Sighing, I briefly looked at my mother and pushed my wet hair back as she pulled her eyebrows up. I would like to tell her the truth, but I can't. My boss fired me because I didn't lock the store that night and that only happened because I was almost raped and my psycho stalker saved me.
So no, I'm definitely not telling her the truth.
"I'm sorry, mom." I said and angrily closed the cupboards where I just couldn't find my hairdryer.
"Sam!" I then screamed loudly, whereby my mother rolled her eyes and stepped out of the bathroom again. I immediately followed her and then ran down the stairs with only a towel wrapped around my body. I immediately ran into the living room where Sam and Dean, as usual, played together in the evening.
"Where is the hairdryer again?!" I asked him annoyed as I entered the room but when I realized that the idiots were not alone, I opened my eyes in shock.
Jordan was there too. Michael's buddy, the sweet guy I met at the fair.
He sat on the couch, the console in his hand, and his eyes on me. Just like I looked at him in shock, he looked back just as shocked.
"What's wrong?!" Sam asked annoyed as he pressed furiously on his console and didn't take his eyes off the TV. I cleared my throat softly as I then tried to pull my towel up a little.
"Where's the hairdryer?" I asked him more quietly this time, whereby Jordan immediately moved his gaze away from me and back to the television. And when I realized how slightly red he was blushing, I bit the inside of my cheek painfully.
"Ask Dean." This stupid guy said, and I just wanted to throw him against the nearest wall but I didn't say anything else, just turned around and then quickly hurried out of the living room. At exactly that moment Dean came with snacks in his hand out of the kitchen. When he saw me , he made a disgusted face, and I just wanted to throw him against the nearest wall.
"Why don't you tell me that you have visitors?!" I whispered to him angrily. He simply shrugged his shoulders. I then sighed and tried to calm myself down again.
I just want to forget this moment.
"Where's the hairdryer?"
"In my room."
So our conversation was over. He went into the living room while I ran back up the stairs. I met my mother, who looked at me with amusement.
"Very funny, mom." I said annoyed, and she laughed slightly.
"I know." Of course she knew Jordan was there, but still didn't tell me anything.
After getting in my room, I went back to my bathroom. I blow-dried my hair there and finally put some clothes on again. After I finished I ran back into my room and was about to walk to the light switch but I immediately stopped moving when I saw something in the darkness. I swallowed hard when I saw a dark silhouette standing next to my open window.
Has the moment really come when I'm going to die!? Fuck...
I slowly reached my hand towards the comb that was lying on my dressing table and held it tightly in my hand.
