~Nobody~~5pm~
The tension in the girls room was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Dua was sitting on her favourite chair by the window, smoking cigarette as usual, and observing Dia's every movement.
Dia on the on other hand could feel eyes on her but she dared not to look. She was getting ready to go watch a basketball match Hakim invited her to. Though she's not a huge fan of basketball, she agreed because that way she wouldn't be around the older girl.
Dua saw her doing makeup, which she never does by the way. And tied her knotless braids up in a ponytail. Dua couldn't deny how breathtaking the younger girl was looking. But she hated it. What if she catches someone's eyes because of how pretty she was looking? The thought alone made her scoff in annoyance. Just the imagination of seeing Dia with another person other than her triggers something very dangerous within her.
She has no idea that Dia was going to watch and support Hakim on his game.
"I just think someone is doing a little too much." Dua said flicking the ash from her burning cigarette, making sure Dia heard her remarks. That definitely caught the younger girl's attention because she turn to give Dua a small look and then went back to do whatever she was doing.
Dua was trying so hard to get Dia to talk to her back again, but the younger girl was hell bent on not saying a word to her. It's been almost a week now and she's still not uttered a word to her.
"Where are you going anyways?" Dua asked, but as usual, the younger girl just ignored her completely. It was as if she wasn't even there.
"You know I have multiple ways to make you talk to me, but I'll just let you have your way this time." She said sounding a bit bitter because of the girl's attitude towards her. She was starting to lose it, but she kept telling herself to calm the fuck down.
The last thing she wants is to scare the younger girl away from her forever.
Dia on the other hand just rolled her eyes at what Dua said. After her little makeup and dress up session she was about to leave but Dua couldn't let her go that easy. She quickly got up from her chair, threw her half burnt cigarette outside the window and went to grab Dia's arm.
"Talk to me." Her voice came out soft this time, it was as if she was pleading with the girl to talk to her. Dia turned her face to the other side, giving Dua her side profile. She just couldn't stand making eye contact with the older girl or she might end up talking to her again. Dia really missed Dua.
In fact, she's yearning to talk to her so bad it hurts, but she just can't. If she does that, Dua would probably go back to throwing her under the bus. She'll go back to making her feel like trash and miserable. So in order to protect herself from Dua's shenanigans, she has to stop talking to her, avoid her completely and mind her business.
Dua's eyes scans through every inch of the girl's face and body. She digged her fingers slightly tight on the younger girl's arm that she was holding, making Dia to wince out in pain, enjoying the younger girl's reaction to her touch, "You know you look so fucking cute right now... I could eat you up." She said making Dia finally turn to her, both of them making eye contact.
Hell, Dia has to leave the room as soon as possible or she's screwed. She knows the eyes that Dua's giving her right now all too well.
She started wiggling her arm from Dua's grip to free herself but Dua was stronger. "Let me go Dua," She finally spoke and Dua couldn't help but let out a loud laugh. "Jesus fucking christ! her majesty finally spoke! You've got to be fucking kidding me, oh my godddd" she said in between laughs. "See, I told you I had ways to make you talk to me, and that was just one of em." She winks.

I don't know why she finds this whole situation so funny. She let go of my arm and continued laughing, holding her tummy.
I stood their enjoying the view, I've never seen her laugh so hard like this. She looks so happy and carefree. I couldn't help the smile forming on my lips, her laugh was so contagious I couldn't help it. And then we heard a knock on our door and that's when Dua's laugh died down and her expression went back to a serious one real quick.
I rushed to the door to open it, and behind it stood the one and only Alia Abbas. "Girl why the heck do you always keep me waiting huh?" She asked without even sparing Dua a glance or something. It's crazy how she went from fangirling Dua so much to disliking her to this extent.
"Hakim said he's been calling your phone but you didn't pick. He just texted me that the game's about to start and if we don't get there quick people might sit on the seats he chose for us. So chop chop, let's get it moving. She dragged me out the door and when I turn around to look at Dua's face, I saw a series of emotions displayed on her beautiful face. But I knew for sure that she was so damn pissed.
I very well know how she hates Hakim and how she despise me being around him, but I just couldn't turn down Hakim's invitation, plus I thought she wouldn't know anything about it. But Alia and her big mouth ruined everything. It's like she intentionally said all that in front of Dua to get her mad. I've been friends with Alia since like forever and I know how mean she can get.
