This is not an update!!!
You may be aware of the landslide happened in Wayanad, Kerala on yesterday early morning. Till now we have lost 250+ lives. Still around 200 people are missing. Most of the dead bodies are unidentifiable. Around 1500+ people has already been rescued.
A whole place get destroyed with hours. Watching the news is heart breaking. The death counts are increasing per hour. The visuals of people searching for their loved ones among the dead bodies is literally heartbreaking. Around 400 families lost their houses and hardwork of their life time. A family who lost their beloved child or a child who lost their whole family, their tears is literally killing everyone who is watching the news.
This disaster happened at the early hours of the day. From the moment itself the common people started the resuce operation before the fire force or police could reach their. There were 10+ common people who lost their life during the rescue operation. Indian army, airforce, kerala fire force, kerala police, KSEB everyone is working together to save lives as much as possible.
People who have a just small textiles shope is ready to donate new dresses to the victims of the disaster. Hotels are ready to offer food the victims as well as the rescue team. And the most heart touching one, mothers are ready to donate their breast milk to toddlers, who lost their mother during this disaster. Cast, religion, colour anything is matter now, only humanity is there. Even people are ready to do the last rituals of people who lost their lives, without minding the cast, religion or gender. Temples, churches, mosques, everyone is ready to help the needed one. This is the real Kerala story!!!
The most celebrated film stars are also there for coordinating the gathering of needed things for the victims. TN government and various Tamil film starts has also offered their helping hands for Wayanad.
Prey for Wayanad, Do for Wayanad....
NB: This is not for boasting any state. This is for asking your helping hands. You can send dresses, food, money and anything for the needed ones. Or just pray for them.
