The soft morning light filtered through the hospital room's curtains, bathing everything in a gentle golden glow. Samridhi lay in the hospital bed, propped up on pillows, cradling their baby boy - Devansh. His tiny fingers curled around her thumb as he slept soundly against her chest. Aaryan stood by the window, arms crossed, staring at his little family with a look of profound awe.

Last night a nurse came to their room with few papers.

Nurse: "Sir indha form konjam fill panni kudunga. Payyanukku birth certificate ready pandrathukku thaa ithu."

Aaryan recived it and go through the paper. He then looked at Samridhi who is also looking at the paper. Understanding them the nurse excused herself to give the new parents some privacy.

Samridhi: "Enna peru athaan vekka pora?"

Aaryan had told Samridhi with a smile that carried every ounce of love he had for her and their baby.

Aaryan turned towards the bed when he heard some sound from the bed. Samridhi looked up at Aaryan, her eyes soft but tired.

Samridhi: "Paaru athaan ivana, enakku ivana paathitte irukkanum pola irukku maa."

Aaryan walked over to the bed and sat beside her.

He carefully leaned forward, pressing a kiss to Devansh's tiny forehead before brushing his lips gently against Samridhi's temple.

She smiled faintly, her voice teasing but weak.

He chuckled softly, but his gaze grew serious as he studied her pale face.

Aaryan: "How are you feeling? Be honest with me."

Samridhi sighed, resting her head back against the pillows.

She looked down at the sleeping baby in her arms.

Samridhi: "It's worth every single ache."

Aaryan cupped her face gently, his thumb tracing her cheek.

Her lips trembled slightly as tears welled in her eyes.
