The car ride to the hospital was a blur of panic, excitement, and adrenaline. Aaryan had managed to grab Samridhi's hospital bag and carefully helped her into the car. His mind raced with a hundred thoughts as he drove, but his hands were steady on the wheel.

Samridhi sat in the passenger seat, clutching his hand tightly whenever a wave of pain hit her. Illavarasi (Samridhi's mother) and Sreedevi (Wife of Samridhi's elder brother Siva) were seated at the back seat.

Aaryan: "Onnulla ma onnulla daa, ellam okay thaa namma ippo poyidalam, dho hospital kitta thaa."

Aaryan repeated it for the umpteenth time after getting inside the car. His voice soft but laced with concern.

Samridhi gritted her teeth through another contraction.

Samridhi: "Innu oru vaatti nee itha sonnena sathyam kayila kedakkura yethayavathu eduthu un mandayilla pottuduven daa. Moodittu vandiyottu."

Illavarasi: "Sam!!" (She called sternly but she is actually struggling to hide her smile.)

Illavarasi and Sreedevi sniffled a smile. Aaryan couldn't help but smile despite the tension.

Aaryan: "Illa illa naa yethum pesala. Just focus on breathing da. Inhale... exhale... like you practiced."

Samridhi: "Enakku eppidi moochu vidanum innu nee solli tharatha, Aaryan!"

She snapped, but her face softened as she turned to him.

Samridhi: "Sorry athaan..... naa kathirukka koodathu.... sorry maa."

Aaryan: "Onnulla thangam onnulla, naa thaane yen kitta thaane."

Aaryan reassured her, squeezing her hand.

Aaryan: "Kathanum innu thonnuchinna kathidu maa, onnum prechana illa. Nee thaa innekku boss."

He tried to lighten her mood despite his thudding heart. But she again glared him by gritting her teeth.

Samridhi: "Nee konjam neram pesama irukkiya."

Aaryan nodded his head obediently and accelerated the car. By the time they reached the hospital, nurses were already waiting with a wheelchair. Samridhi, though in pain, turned to Aaryan with an exaggerated glare.

Samridhi: "Nalla un mandayilla yeethikko nee yen kooda ulla vara. Don't you dare disappear."

She just want him with her as she clearly knew that, if he was outside the delivery room his brain will started work overtime and also Dr. Atharv had already instructed her that this will help him to come out of the trauma.

Aaryan: "Illa ma illa maa naa un kooda thaa iruppen."

Aaryan replied, his voice filled with tenderness as he followed closely behind, his hand never leaving hers.

The doctors checked her and asked her to wait till more sevear contractions would start. Sreedevi instructed her to go for a walk. They were now at the room which they booked for the after delivery purpose. The hospital management forcefully sent most of the family members to home to avoid the crowd.

Now at the room, only Siva (Elder brother of Samridhi), Badrinath (Elder brother of Aaryan), Vaidehi (Wife of Badrinath), Illavarasi and Aaryan was present. Sreedevi is at the doctor's cabin. Ramakrishna (Father of Samridhi) and Anbazhagan (Father of Aaryan) was waiting outside the room.
