Apologies!!

I had my four wheeler driving test on this Friday (25/10/24), so I get busy with the practice sessions on evening and early morning. Apart from this I had college too, so I didn't get proper time to complete my draft. And on Friday, it was heavily raining and I get drenched in the rain during the test time. So I have caught up with fever and cold. Adding with the migraine due to my anxiety and early periods this fever is literally killing me.

Definitely I will give extra updates to compensate for this delay after I am getting cured.

Later that night

As per the compulsion of Kaala, Aaryan and Samridhi decided to visit Shankar and Kaala's house for the dinner. After normal chatting and pleasentaries both the couples gathered around the dining table. The elder couple started to serve them Madurai style food with love and happiness. Kaala started to fill Samridhi's plate with sweets. Samridhi noticed her tear filled eyes and smiling lips. Samridhi looked at them with confusion.

Samridhi: "Ennachu maa?"

Kaala: "Onnum illada, nee sapudu." (Still Samridhi looked at her unconvinced. But Shankar could easily understand her inner turmoils.)

Kaala: "Illa da, engalukkunnu oru ponnu irundhu irundha avalukkum ippo un vayyasu thaa irundhu irukkum. Avalukku Ava purushanukkum samachu podra bhagyam kedakkama poyidichu. Andha yeekkam theethu vekka thaa kadavul ungala amichu vachirukkanga."

Samridhi's eyes started to welled up hearing her words. Aaryan lowered his eyes to the plate, unable to comprehend the situation and the real character of these couple. His trance get broken by Shankar's voice.

Shankar: "Nee yen ma azhura? Paaru Kaala summa irundha pullaya azha vachirukka nee."

He shook his head in defeat, While Aaryan snapped his head towards Samridhi's direction and wrapped his hands around her shoulder without a second thought. The couple looked the scene with a warm smile on their lips.

Akash: "Azhatha Ri..... maa." (The elder couple didn't give much thought about the words utter by Akash as they are emotional.)

Kaala: "Sorry da maa, naa yethu yetho pesi unna azha vachitten."

Saadhana looked at her with tear filled eyes. How could she explain them she is crying because of the guilt, which is eating her alive. How could she explain them she crying because of the confusion that is killing her. Akash squeezed her shoulder to console her.

Akash: "Athu ellam onnum illanga, ava Amma va miss panni irukkum, nenga kavalappedathinga."

He then slowly leaned towards her ears and whispered without making it obvious to the others in the room.

Akash: (Whispered) "Thangam azhatha maa, nee azhutha athaanala onnum panna mudiyathu innu unakku theriyathu. Please daa maa namma vtyla poyittu itha pathi pesuvom. Please ma."

His voice some how calmed her. She wipped her tears and smiled at the elder couple.

Kaala: "Sorry da, azhatha sappudu."

Saadhana: "Ayyo sorry ellam sollathinga maa."

After consoling each other, they resumed the dinner. That time a framed photograph on the wall caught Akash's attention. He stopped eating and carefully looked at the photo with confusion. Following him everyone turned their attention to the photo frame.
