chapter six — perfect little soldier
A THIRTY FIVE MINUTE TRAIN RIDE LATER FROM Crescent to Emberfall with Nathan and Jon bickering none stop and Danny's not so stable glances towards him, Sebastien could feel a headache forming.
Getting off at their stop, the small group explore through the city making stops at every shop every few minutes, chatting and laughing with each other having a great time exploring the city.
Sebastien let out a sigh as he hover angsty behind the group. He glanced around the store they just entered, he could see Jon and Danny laughing as they try on different hats, each one ridiculous as the next. Nathan riding on a kids bike up and down the hall, ringing the bell on the bike every few seconds, making weird noises every time he pass him and Max glancing at them every few seconds up at them as she lounge in a chair continuing to read the book she had this morning without a care in the world about the chaos that was going on around her.
The blonde moves towards her and plot himself down next to her and continue to watch their friends enjoying their day off.
After thirty minutes of watching them fooling around Danny announced that they are now moving on to their next stop. The boys placed the items back where they found them and made their way to the door with the rest of the group.
Sebastien walk a few feet behind his friends silently observing the world around him. Danny fall inline next to the blonde, walking together in silence, after a few minutes of not saying a word and stably glancing at his blonde friend. The brunette open his mouth to speak but before he could get a word out, Sebastien open his and say.
" I don't wanna talk about It, danny."
Sebastien kept his eyes forward. Danny glance at Sebastien for a second and interjected.
" You're gonna have to talk about it at some point."
" Can't we do this when we get back to school?" Questioned the Blonde, his eyes still staring at the back of their friends heads.
" Knowing you, if you don't talk about it now, you'll never will." Remarked Danny.
Sebastien stays quiet, keeping his eyes ahead. Danny let out a loud sigh before stating.
" You can't just keep all that inside, Seb. It's not healthy."
" What did your father say that put you in such a mood?" the older brunette boy change the subject by asking hesitantly, after a while, his brown eyes looking at his friend curiously.
