A New Friend

As Peter was building my android body, he hooked me up to a management rail that he built for me to move around and explore the apartment with till my android body was completed. "So! What do you want to look like?" Peter asked as I slid by him looking at the blank blue print. "Hmm, I don't know. Surprise me mate." I said sliding away to the other side of the room while Peter worked on the blue print. As he worked on the blue print, I watched the television and saw a man talking about Peter. "Spider-Man strikes again fighting a criminal off and disappearing as soon as the police entered the scene! This menus must be stopped! If he wasn't a coward than he would show who he really is to the public instead of hiding behind a mask!" The man said as Peter grabbed the remote with webs turning the television off.

When I saw him, he looked annoyed and I was wondering why till he put the remote down. "Oh shut your trap JJ! Nobody gives a crap about your opinion!" Peter said as he continued working. "Who was that and why do you hate him?" I asked confused as Peter huffed. "That's J. Jonah Jameson. He's the news reporter of The Daily Bugle and is annoying as hell! He talks crap about me every time I save someone! I don't know what his deal is but I'm about done with his bull crap!" Peter said angrily making me annoyed. "What an ungrateful person. You're literally a hero and he still talks crap about you!" I said annoyed as I saw the sun was setting.

When I saw Peter, he was still working. "Hey, um. Sorry for interrupting your work. I'm sure you're working really hard on my body, but I think you should take a break. It's getting pretty late." I said making Peter pause his work. "Okay then. I'm going to order some food for me." Peter said picking up his phone and ordering himself food. After the order was put, he looked up at me with a smile. "So, what do you think about me? I mean, we barely met this morning and I don't want to make a bad first impression on you." Peter asked taking me down from my management rail and placing me on his bed. "Well, I think you're a amazing human mate! You saved my life and your making me an android body! So don't worry about a bad first impression mate! Because your okay in my book!" I said with a smile as Peter sat down next to me.

As we waited for Peter's food to arrive we talked about each other. "So, what are your hobbies?" I asked making Peter think. "Other than saving lives and building things, I love watching movies! Especially Star Wars!" Peter said confusing me. "What's that? I don't think I've ever heard of Star Wars." I said making Peter chuckle nervously. "Oh right. Well, Star Wars is a science fiction movie about these heroes named Jedi's who fight alongside the Resistance against the dictators knows as Sith's. I love the franchise and I watch it a lot." Peter said explaining the details of Star Wars.

After a bit we heard a knock on the apartment door and when Peter opened it, he grabbed his food placing it on the bed. "Pizza time!" Peter said opening the box and taking a slice of pizza from the box taking a bite. "So, can I do that?" I asked looking up at Peter. "Do what?" Peter asked confused. "What your doing now! Can I do that?" I asked making Peter pause for a bit. "Hmm, I can definitely add a eating mechanic to your body. But that also means adding others parts too." Peter thought aloud. "I can work on it!" Peter said eating.

As we sat there talking, I saw the time and saw Peter put the box on the counter before placing me on the nightstand. "I'm going to sleep. I need all the energy I can get if I'm going to work on your android body." Peter said laying down on his bed. "Um, sure! Should I be aware of something beforehand?" I asked as Peter thought. "Um, I'm not sure. I know that I can sense danger with my Spidey Sense so I'm a relevantly light sleeper. I do have nightmares sometimes so I might wake up in the middle of the night. Oh! I also wake up early in the morning so if I'm not here if you power on then I'm out doing something." Peter said making me nod.
