"August, 10, 2012 Project: Spider is complete. PTR Spider 8101, as of today you will officially begin working for HYDRA. Understood?" The brunette answered "Yes, sir." Dr. Zola introduced the boy to Zemo. "Nice to meet 'The Spider' in the flesh." The kid has seen Zemo around, but he's never talked to him. "Likewise, sir." He knows that Zemo enforces missions and conducts training.

Two guards along with Zemo take the boy to the training room. When they get there the child became aware of the metal arm man standing infront of him. "I see that y'all haven't been introduced to each other." Zemo said.

"The Winter Soldier." The man announced. "PTR Spider 8101." The little one replied.

"Begin."

A metal fist striked swiftly toward the boy's face. He managed to catch it. He tried kicking the man's left ankle, but was blocked by a right foot. The brunette changed his tactic and went for a knee kick to the stomach. The Soldier blocked the knee with his left arm and threw a right hook straight on the boy's face.

The little one stumbled. I need to focus. The boy locked in and with his 6th sense, he called it, dodged the attacks from the man. Both fighters were increasing their epinephrine. Giving them a adrenaline rush.

They started punching jabs, a couple of them successfully hit the other, but most were deflected. After a while they both repelled away. The two fighters tried catching their breath. Before they continued, Zemo declared that the match was over.

Zemo along with four guards took them back to the cell unit. When they arrived Zemo stated, "Soldier. Spider. You're going to share a cell from here on out."

Simultaneously both shared eye contact. PTR Spider 8101 observed that The Winter Soldier was trying to read his face expression.

Nothing. I couldn't see what this child was feeling. His soulless dull eyes signaled that he couldn't produce emotions.

I look away and both of us are put in the cell. Before the members left they gave us lunch. It was shchi with a glass of water.

After the guards took the dirty dishes, both Soldier and Spider were finally left alone. To say it was awkward is a understatement.
None of them had ever shared a cell with someone. The layout of the cell was the same. Except instead of a single size mattress on the left corner it was a double size, obviously with no bedsheets. Both of them were upset by this. Just put two single size beds for goodness sake.

The Soldier wondered why there wasn't bedsheets on the mattress. The man glanced at the kid. The boy noticed that the man was confused with the mattress and glanced back at him. The Winter Soldier tried not making it obvious, but the perceptive boy knew.

PTR Spider 8101 sat on the concrete floor. His back faced the door and he faced towards the metal arm man. He began tapping his finger on the floor. The Soldier immediately recognized that it was morse code and made sure to pay attention.

(I tried attempting suicide so they took every hazard away.)

The child proceeded to point to his socks, the bed, his shorts with a 'missing' lace. The man finally got his answer on why they took his shoes, the lace to his sweatpants, and the bedsheets.

The man's brain clicked the information and suddenly he felt sympathy for the boy. That day when the alarms went off, and the medics took the boy, was the one he attempted. The Soldier looked at the kid and saw that he was unfazed. The little one didn't seem affected by explaining it. He's broken. The Soldier thought.

That's when the metal arm man decided to take a nap. Meanwhile the boy chose to disassociate. It was a technique he acquired after the MSR.

Most days the Soldier and Spider wouldn't speak, or use code, to each other and if they did it was very minimal. Neutral roommates. That's what they were. Weeks later the boy was assigned his first mission.

"Spider, today you'll head to Leipzig, Germany. It should take about seven hours to get there." Zemo pulled a picture of a young scientist. "This is Emmett Braun. A famous german psychologist. He's your target, knife or gun, it doesn't matter as long as he ends up dead. We'll give you the address when you get there."

"Here." Zemo hands an ear bud to Spider. "This is for communication." The man hands the boy another device. The kid knew it was for the GPS and emergency contact. "If you don't report by 9:30 a.m. there will be consequences. Am I clear?" The Spider answered, "Yes, sir."

"Great, you'll leave at 6:00 p.m." Just then the guards give PTR Spider 8101 an outfit. Both lead him to a bathroom to shower and change. As soon as he finished they put him in his cell to wait.

The soldier observed the kid and asked,
••-••••-••••-  --••••••••••----•? (First mission?)

He curled his finger to signify that it was a question. A straightened finger meant it was a period to end a sentence.

-•--••••. (Yes.) The brunette replied.

Subsequently, the two went silent.

Seven hours later as they reach their destination, PTR Spider 8101 obtained the location of the german psychologist. It was 1:36 a.m. when the Spider got to the address. Quickly and quietly he walked around the darkness engulfing any spec of light.

A flash of light hit his face. The moment he recognized Emmet Braun he hastily fired the gun. THUD. The body of the psychologist dropped to the wooden floor boards.

A screech from a woman stabbed the Spider's ears. "WAS WILLST DU?! GELD?!!" (WHAT DO YOU WANT?! MONEY?!!) She sobbed out. "Nein." (No.) He monotonously replied. He aimed the gun to her head. She looked up from her husband's dead body and into the masked man.

A shot rang out. THUD.

The Spider turned his head towards the creaking door. Slowly but surely he moved into the room. A baby. He spotted a baby sleeping. He determined that it was deaf since it didn't cry from the ear piercing gun shots.

The boy stared at it for a while before he positioned the SIG Saeur P320 at the infants head. "No loose ends." He said.

BANG.

The Spider lit the house on fire with a lighter. Mission complete. PTR Spider 8101 went to an alley and met up with a HYDRA member. The man lead the boy to the vehicle. Another seven hours go by, once they get to the facility the child goes to Zemo by 9:20 am and reports the mission. The man congratulates the kid for completing his first mission.

From that day forward the child went on many missions. Some were simple and others were life threatening. To showcase this, murdering targets, hijacking vehicles, and hacking into companies for documents was easy. Most of the time. Missions that he considered difficult were the ones where he'd have to invade military bases or official government buildings.

If he failed, he'd receive punishments. If he successfully completed them, he'd earn a free day. Of course he still trained, but it was better than being tested on or accidentally messing up an equation.

When the Spider wasn't doing missions, he followed his regular schedule. Which consisted of training, experiments, and education.

This repeated for many years.
