Today's the day, the day we go to nationals. Everyone was so excited, we all had smiles on our faces. Everyone was saying who's sitting with who and the hotels.
Lottie and I obviously sat next to each other, we always did. Lottie and I felt like sisters and I could always count on her.
We sat on the plane for what felt like 2 hours, until it started shaking, violently shaking. The breathing masks came down fast and we all put them on.
The plane was crashing, my stomach dropped. I held Lottie's hand tight, I was terrified for my life and the others. I closed my eyes tight, so tight because I was afraid of opening them to see the bodies, the fire and the broken plane.
Everything went black and the plane felt still, after a bit I felt someone shaking me, screaming at me to wake up.
It was Lottie, "Wake the fuck up!" I opened my eyes and looked into hers.
"Get up!" I held onto her for support and we walked out of the crashed plane.
I looked around and saw the girls, bleeding and terrified.
Lottie sat me down and looked at me for any unseen injuries, she noticed my rib.
"Shit, your rib is bruised, and your head is bleeding"
"I'll be fine Lot, what about you? Or Nat?" I asked without thinking.
She raised her eyebrows at the mention of Nat, "Nat's fine, and I'm fine. I'm worried about you"
"I'm fine, I feel fine other than my rib" I replied and continued looking around for Nat, once I saw her fine. I let out a breath of relief.
Yes she's my ex, but that doesn't mean I can't be worried about her. I looked for Jackie and saw her with Shauna, then for Van, but I didn't see her.
"Lot, where's Van?" I stood up and held my rib, not even bothering to notice the look Natalie gave me when I held my rib.
"Where's Van?" I asked Tai.
She looked panicked more and helped me look, once Van finally appeared Tai hugged her tight.
"Hey, you okay?" Nat asked.
"Yeah, just a bruised rib" I answered.
She grabbed my shirt lifting it up to check, she would have done it even if I complained.
"You need Misty to look at this, Lavi" She said using my nickname.
I nodded, to sore to argue and sat down because I was in pain, the adrenaline was wearing off. I could tell it was for the others too.
That was when we heard screaming, coach screaming.
