I peered open to the bright room and I could feel it in my mind that I was having a vision, but I couldn't understand why. I looked down at my future self and the lights were flashing as I saw her screaming in pain. Her belly was much larger, but I didn't see August, she was screaming in pain and confusion rose over my body. The hope was that we would be free of this place before the birth of my future child, but the way she was screaming with fear and hatred laced in her eyes. I knew deep in my mind that the worst fears that prayed in my mind were about to happen.

"You said that he would be here for the birth," future me screamed at the lady and I just watched as the lady broke into a fit of laughter.

"You broke that promise when you and your freak friends decided that you were going to escape. Now August is being tortured in an ice bath because of what you failed to give us," she said quickly but future me just laughed back before the screaming stopped.

"Then they are not coming out today," Future I started glowing as contractions on the monitor began to slow down, and the wires that hooked me up to the monitor flung around the room, future me stood in front of the woman before seeing the neck snapped.

"False labor was only a diversion," future me said quickly. I saw the room beginning to shake as the monitor fell to the floor and with each step forward I took, black footprints followed her. I quickly picked up my pace and followed her outside of the room as each person with a gun fell to the ground. I could read inside of her mind as she was mind-linking someone to fight back.

Vines grew heavy on the walls but each person fell to the ground, despite sirens going off she made her way through the dead bodies. I saw Myla coming in from another door but I saw each guard with a tree growing inside of their body or flowers sprouting from their eyes. Laura quickly found her way over to us as dead bodies flowed behind her. Then Luca and Dorian, before seeing other faces of people following behind me, heard gunshots and everyone ran over to hide behind a door frame. I saw Luca with a hand over his stomach as blood started pouring out of his body.

"Willowmine, protect him," August screamed at me and I saw Future Me nodding her head before the vision stopped and everything turned white.

I woke up screaming before falling back onto the bed. I saw August with concern spreading over his face as he quickly gave me a bucket, which quickly had last night's dinner and a small snack before bed. He gave me a napkin to wipe my face and I wrapped my arms around August and frowned at him before tears flowed out of my eyes. I stared deeply at the room realizing the vision was over and I felt my breathing slowing down. August sat there rubbing my head until the door burst open, I saw my mother standing there and I was quickly pulled away from August.

"Willowmine, look outside," she said before grabbing my hand and yanking me off the bed and all the way downstairs. We went out the back door through the kitchen with large French doors and stained glass. Before pulling me out into the backyard on the outside porch I saw a giant tree. It was maybe twenty feet tall, with big green leaves, but I had never seen a tree that looked like this before. Concern washed over my face as I turned to my mother. "This happened because of your vision and you probably killed all of the bacteria or possible bugs in the entire upstairs of the house, the whole house started shaking, and everything flew off the walls. Also, you are glowing! What happened in your vision?"

She said quickly but I was too stunned to speak, I couldn't understand how or why this happened and concern just washed over my face, but I just looked at the ground. I walked carefully under the tree and gave it a slight touch before all of my energy flowed into the tree and I stopped glowing. The release made me start sobbing before telling my mother and then August when he quickly ran outside to see me. I told them everything despite the nausea I felt and when I was done they both pulled me into a hug. I couldn't tell them about Luca because I needed to know more or most importantly become friends with him now. Before it is too late.
