Crashing Out

The next thing I knew was me inside of Yoongi's car in my fricking pj's heading to his house.

How embarrassing could this get. My hair was also still wet because I was nearly attacked during the middle of drying it.

I just wanted this to end.

Why does this universe hate me so much?

I keep degrading myself into my thoughts and how this could've been one of the worst situations to take place.

I'm in the car right now of my friend? Enemy? Colleague? I don't know who he is to me. Clearly, he's not a stranger anymore. Enemy is too strong of a word.

I kept thinking when I was interrupted by Yoongi questioning what exactly I saw in there.

I explained to him that it was something tall and inhumane. It was black and had this wretched smile.

I unintentionally shudder at the thought of remembering its face.

"It's alright, you can spare the details."

I internally thank him for not protruding any longer and just dropping the topic.

"Thanks for coming to pick me up. Your number was the first one, so I clicked anything."

Yoongi just nodded.

This was going to get awkward.

Yoongi POV
I invited Nari inside my apartment, and I let her know that I only had one bed. I told her she could take the bed and I'll take the couch. She insisted on taking the couch, so I didn't refuse.

I offered, but she declined. Not my problem.

After taking off my shoes, I head inside my room to change and go to bed.

"Can I borrow a hair dryer? I didn't get to dry my hair before." I told her I'd go bring one for her, and that it's inside my room. She just nodded and sat down on the couch.

I came back outside and Nari was already asleep on the couch. Dang, I only took a few minutes. I figured she was probably exhausted and just crashed. I couldn't blame her. I set the hairdryer on the kitchen counter for her to use when she wants to.

I went back inside my room and I didn't even notice when I blacked out.

Time skip

A while later, I was woken up by the sound of my door creaking. I squint my eyes awake, and I see Nari standing in the doorway with her hands in front of her chest and she's fiddling with her fingers.

"I saw the scary figure while I was sleeping." She didn't look at me while she spoke.
