The next day

Today's the day that I will be telling Xavier that I'm pregnant.

Well later on in the night I'm going to surprise him.

Speaking of the devil, my phone began ringing and it was him.

"Babes mi have something fi deal wid later so mi ago late fi the dinner cause mi nuh know wah time mi ago done" He explains.

"Alright do yuh thing" I respond, my voice dripping with a mix of hurt and disappointment.

He could tell that I was disappointed. "Nuh worry yuh head mi will mek it up to you".

He knew that I planned something for us tonight.

Well I will just work with the flow because I can't keep this a secret any longer.

"Okay" I reply in a soft tone trying to make it believe able.

"Ahh" He hang up.

I let out a deep sigh and throw down my phone on the couch beside where I was sitting.

I will be spending next week with my mother in Kingston and that's when I will be telling her.

Anyways I have a lash appointment at three so I'm just going to put on my clothes.

Greeting the security at the gate I pull into the driveway.

Putting on my last piece of jewelry I hurried out of the room.

I have an reservation at 8:00 and we're late.

Taking them from the cupboard I open them and threw the designated amount in my palm.

Taking a bottle of water from the fridge I slowly take them.

Screwing on back the cap of the bottles I put them back in the cupboard.
